Used this hotel as a base to explore lake Garda, Verona and theme parks in the local area, all within 30 minute drive from the hotel Some great members of staff on reception Nice seating areas all around the hotel Lovely terrace Very pleasent clear hotel with ample parking facilities. Getting a disabled friendly parking space was easy

The lift wouldn't work up to the restaurant so I couldn't get to the breakfast buffet, bar at night etc with a wheelchair which wasn't nice They added more money than they were supposed to on checkout Then they didn't take the payment for one of our three rooms correctly so still trying to rectify the pricing and payment issues a few weeks later. It's not a problem we can rectify the payment they just didn't process it correctly on checkout which added some stress on our return home

Great, spacious hotel with ample parking and very convenient location for what our group needed. Very close to the airport with a free shuttle provided by the hotel. About 20/25min by car from Verona city centre (~€25 for a taxi) and equally about 25/30min from Gardaland park. Rooms were modern and spacious, bed was comfortable, staff at reception were extremely friendly and helpful, our group was assigned rooms next to each other and we were able to get a late checkout for all 4 rooms when we asked. Breakfast buffet was rich and varied with a lot of options, and they serve barista coffee/cappuccino (not from a machine)

Staff at breakfast were quite rude and unprofessional, extremely slow service, and music was inappropriate for breakfast time, and too loud. Honestly the only negative element in what was otherwise a perfect experience for our group and our needs.

As soon as we arrived , guy on reception was so helpful . Went to room which was really nice size , spotless clean with fridge ,2 bottles of water. Which was much appreciated . Tea making facilities in room . Roof top had sunbeds and jacuzzi if you want to catch last of the sunshine . Bar girl was so jolly and friendly , lovely person. Food in restaurant was delish . Breakfast. Was €10 each for buffet with great selection continental and hot food . Shuttle bus to airport Veeona VRN which takes 10 mins . OVERALL I WOULD DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN

Very modern with a great location near the airport - perfect for the early flights. Free shuttle to and from the hotel to and from the airport. Packed breakfast to go (was ready at 4.30am), if you wish. The restaurant open at late hours. A la carte menu at the restaurant offered a lot of variable dishes and it was open until 11pm. Great find if you will arrive late or leave early.

Shuttle bus should go to the entrance of the airport. Now you should walk a while to the dedicated station which is not signed and not the easiest to find. Otherwise shuttle comes quickly and you can order it for early departure as well.

Minutes from the airport with very sleek private transfer by minibus to and from the hotel, very peaceful and air-conditioned room. Extremely comfortable bed. And the restaurant "Aria" serves the highest class food for a very reasonable price. We left very early in the morning, and the staff organised take away packed breakfasts for us, including a gluten free one. Next time we will make sure to try the sauna and jacuzzi. Absolutely fabulous!

A pleasant, comfortable, modern hotel. Helpful staff at reception at all times. They agreed to give us an extra hour at checkout which was great. Good position close to the airport and a 20 minute drive into the lovely city of Verona.

The WiFi in room 202 was non-existent which is absurd in a modern airport hotel. We complained about it but they weren't able to improve the reception. One of the bedside lights did not work. The hand held part of the shower didn't work and it was very hard to get a regular level of heat in the shower. It was either boiling or cold!

Pretty much everything! Excellent well trained staff - everyone was competent, capable, thoughtful & polite . Great care was taken to meet my needs as a disabled guest. I felt very welcomed & warmly catered to. The room was large, well appointed, well furnished & spotless. There were plentiful toiletries available & lovely fluffy towels. The food was good & the service was fantastic.

The food at the restaurant is great, good breakfast. Loved the decoration in the public areas.

No spear quilt, the room was cold and I wasn't able to change the temperature. The noise of the fan in the bathdroom was loud and there isn't a switch to turn it off. The gym is basic. There was a big group of people having breakfast at the same time as me, the staff was struggling to keep things organised, the milk finished and it wasn't replaced to the time I left.

The rooms were a good size for me and my family member. The breakfast options were great, and it was unlimited service up until breakfast time was finished. We also booked the steam and sauna activity, and was pleasantly surprised by how clean and nice it was which made our session relaxing. The reception staff were welcoming and we would like to give a mention to Maria who works in reception and Esther who works in the dining area who gave us excellent customer service.

Location perfect for Verona airport. Free shuttle quick and efficient. Room and en-suite immaculate. Kettle and minibar in room Delicious pizza & salad in the restaurant in the evening. Excellent breakfast - huge choice, well stocked, with a self service bean-to-cup coffee machine. Small gym with no-one in it.

Some outdoor dining space and a swimming pool.
