The property was clean and also located very well. The staff was always nice and helpful although the front desk seemed to be tensed on the peer level. The location of the property was excellent, we just needed to go through street to get to the beach. Also, the view of the mountains from the sea was delightful.

Parking in Viareggio is generally a tough thing to do, even if the hotel proposed a ticket 5 EUR / Day to park on the street it was really hard finding a spot. The Beach spot has to be paid additionally on top of the stay and it has no clear prices. (Paid outside of the hotel). We paid 25 EUR / Day - which was apparently a price after “rebate” from the hotel that was applied upon showing card that looked like a business card (No information on the rebate itself specified). I would suggest making this more transparent.

Hotel London is extremely well described on the booking site. It lives up to expectations. Very clean, room was so well serviced every day, excellent quality bed linen and towels, all pristine. New air conditioning in the room which worked so weĺl,as it was extremely hot and sunny.

Maybe the outdoor terrace on the first floor, could have been a bit more inviting, cooler

Nice hotel located just off the main street of Viareggio. Very close to the beach, shops and many restaurants. Delicious breakfasts, both dry and typical sweet - in Italian style. Huge pluses for fresh fruit. Very nice staff, both the one at the reception and the ladies serving the room during breakfast. I cordially greet the great receptionist from the night shifts :). The room for three people could be a little bigger, but everything was ok. Clean, beautiful view - on one side you can see the sea and the other mountain. I will definitely come back soon :)

We loved everything about the hotel. Super friendly and helpful staff, excellent location (close to the beach, restaurants, shops and a 10-15 minute walk to the train station that connects to Pisa Centrale & Airport), clean comfortable room and amazing breakfasts each morning which we'll sorely miss.

The location near a private beach was good , We did have to pay for the beach .The public beach was about 15 mins walk.The breakfast was great , taken in the courtyard . Staff all very helpful.

Room was a bit lacking on amenities, for one example, only one paper cup for a hot beverage, which leaked. I expected a bit more like when I stayed two years ago. But all else was very good.

It was a great holiday...the breakfast was good,the room was clean.The hotel is very close to the beach and the main atraction...we will return in august 😁

It is a small property with updated lobby area, both in and outside seating for breakfast. The staff was amazing, both from reception and breakfast room. the location is just perfect.

The rooms were comfortable, clean, decent size, however could gain from an upgrade. the lift is super slow.

The hotel is right across from the beach. The staff are all very friendly. It’s a beautiful building with a lovely terrace where a very nice breakfast is served.

Our room was a bit small. We had twin beds and they were narrow

The hotel was well maintained, immaculately clean and maintained many of its original features. The location was perfect worth being 15 - 30 mins walk from the train station as it was in a great part of town.
