The location was brilliant in the middle of the town, a nice short walk away from the shops and restaurants. Easily walkable to the beaches if you like to walk. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, plenty of space and storage for our luggage. The bathroom was very clean and always kept clean throughout our stay. What I really liked was the friendliness, helpfulness of the staff. They always greeted us warmly and nothing was too much of an issue, they really did go out of their way to help us in any way they could. Breakfast was small but more than enough for us, fresh products and great coffee! I'm missing the pistachio cream filled croissants! I will definitely be back to stay here, they've won me over!

The property is in the centre of the city, very good position. The staff were very friendly and nice, they gave me a lot of recommendations for restaurants and beaches around the area which all turned out great. The breakfast was also good.

Beautiful house and garden. Modern and clean rooms. Very close to the center of Villasimius, so you can strawl along the many beautiful boutiques in the evening. Great breakfast. Very friendly staff.

You can not park directly at the hotel, which makes it a bit complicated with a lot of luggage.

the property is located near the city center of Villasimus. the nearest beach is 5-7 min drive and Costa Rei is 15-20 min drive. this little hotel is very clean with very nice staff, always available to enjoy your stay and make it as confortable as possible. breakfast is also good with both salted and sweet offer. rooms are big, with all you need and cleaning is available every day. if you have problems with noise during spleeping, would be better to let them know in advance. they were very kind to change my room for this reason. thank you for the excellent treatment during our stay!!

breakfast could be more divers. if you stau for one week, the same food is served every day.

Very comfortable room with a nice en-suite. Ideal location in the town, next to restaurants etc and only 10-15min walk to the beach. Sebastian was very friendly and made my stay much better.

Very clean, the girl on the reception was very friendly and helpful. The location is right in center but you dont hear any noice. The room was a perfect size for 2 people to stay in. We are happy with the place.

Domu Noa is just the perfect Hotel, if you stay in Villasimius. Ivan cares for just everything, be it recommendations for trips, restaurants & bars, reservations for restaurants and all the other things, that require support or help in your Holidays. The location in Villasimus couldn't be much better. It is in the center, but still very quiet. Free parking is about 300 m away and you are quickly out of the city from there. Absolute recommendation.

The bed was rather hard, but that seems to be true for most Hotel beds in Sardinia based on our experience :-)

Everything was nice, room size, spotless. Really clean , modern, spacious rooms. Small Table outside really nice. Breakfast was good and the staff really friendly . Perfec location to enjoy Villasimius
