We had a great 3 night stay. The place is like a time warp back into the 80's, which we loved. The 1 bedroom apartment was snug, but had everything we needed for our stay. It was simple and totally adequate for a few days accomodation. The staff were all very friendly, special shout out to Rose! The pool is great and the views/location spectacular. It's really good value for money - particularly as it was the start of the season. Hire a car as it is great to have a base and drive to different beaches everyday. Although, there is a private beach area for guests just a short golf cart ride away provided free of charge by the hotel. Decent cappuccino at breakfast!

The mattress was a little sinky. The TV was comically small, if you are wanting to watch TV. Rooms were not very sound proof. The shower was kind of small. There is a price tag attached to everything – you break it you bought it, kind of thing. Breakfast was average – but you can always cook your own if you rent one of the apartments, or go to town for breakfast.

The place was ideal to relax, we loved the views, the park, the apartment, the bed, everything was as in the photos. we had a very easygoing week. The people were nice and they take you to the beach, you dont need to worry about the sun because in the beach you get loungers and parasol. the Swimminpool was amazing. we got towels. The other beach possibilities in the area are to die for.. so many beautiful sunsets! recommend 100% if you like to enjoy your week

I sent a message asking for which coffee machine was available and they never answered. but that wasn't an issue, i bought later the Nespresso capsules.

Absolutely stunning place with gorgeous views for miles! Room was lovely with a fab balcony too. Pool was nice and enough sun loungers around we always managed to get one. Great and regular shuttle service to the beach (or just a 10 min walk!)

Free breakfast is a nice touch but I am coeliac so couldn’t have any of it (apart from fruit). Would’ve been great to see some gluten free bread / biscuits to have something more substantial each morning. A bit of a long walk from the main town for dinner each night (25 mins). Fine if you have a car but a hard walk in the heat of the day if not!

Yuky was so helpful for knowing where to go & what to do in Sardinia. She also helped us get a reservation at the special beach! The grounds are kept so nice & the place has so much charm. The beach is perfect & Frank the lifeguard is so nice. I was sad to leave here. Beach is gorgeous!!

A/C could’ve been a little stronger but if you close bathroom door it helps. :) nothing to ruin our beautiful stay.

Superbe views from studio balcony and pool/breakfast area, lovley helpful and smiling staff, short walk to beaches, and town and a private shuttle system to the beach worked wonderfully, kitchen appliances worked well, air conditioning worked well, fast wifi 😀 Studio had 2 cupboards, so we had 1 each, which was great. Ping pong, foosball, and lots of books in German, and English available for fun, pool and hot tub was good and clean.

We‘ve spent 3 nights at the Residence Fenicia, this place is perfect for longer stays, provides everything you need in the apartment and at the common areas. The seaview from the poolbar is absolutely dreamy. The flowers and palmtrees give a beautiful tropical ambience, the photos are not lying. The staff is lovely and helpful, the rooms are perfectly set up and they even provide beach transfer although is not a long walking distance. Next time we definitely stay at least for a week, had a super experience!

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The property was beautiful and well maintained, and had a stunning view of the ocean from the pool/reception area. There is no private access to the beach as we thought but the hotel provide a shuttle service to get to the beach which was quick and easy. The breakfast provided was really good and had lots of variety. The room and common areas were really clean and comfortable. The room was very spacious and had a balcony overlooking the ocean.

The hotel is pretty far from the town where all the restaurants are (approx 20-30 minute walk depending where you go). Given you need to go into town every night for dinner as the hotel doesn’t have a dinner service it can become a little tedious. The roads are very dark at night if you are walking. I would suggest hiring a bike or having a car to get to and from the town. The facilities in the room were limited given the cost eg there was a coffee machine but no coffee provided, no soap for the dishes and no cleaning service.

Rooms well equipped with great view. Friendly and helpful staff. Location close to the beach with free shuttle for those who don’t like walking. Favourite thing was the beautiful cats living around residence - please look after them :)

Some of the old furniture inside room was bit rusty with bad smell in some wardrobes. This could do with replacement

A very beautiful location with stunning surroundings. The pool area is fantastic, and the staff are incredibly nice, friendly, and helpful. The private beach area is outstanding, with a convenient shuttle bus service from the apartments.

The air conditioning unit in the apartment worked poorly. The bed mattress was outdated and extremely soft.

Hello Fenicia Residence! We really liked this hotel with a charming view of Simius beach, good service, quiet atmosphere, excellent breakfast and of course the beautiful beach. The only thing we missed was the hot water in the bathroom, but you can get used to it with time! It is also good that the hotel is located a little away from the town of Villasimius. Will definitely come back to this lovely place, see you Martins!
