Definitely in a great location . Around the corner from main streets . And such a beautiful walk it is. Parking pretty good. Rooms as described . Bathrooms need a little reno but good enough . Viterbo is a beautiful place and this place makes you feel like a local. Two gentlemen at reception were super helpful.

Kitchen has very very little supplies . Not that I cooked but we had breakfast in the room and we only had one mug between 4 people .

I made a last minute reservation because of a logistical SNAFU, originally planned to stay 1 night, and ended up staying for 4 nights. The desk people were really helpful and low-key and even gave me a discount on my stay. THey recommended excellent places to eat too.

The supplies in the kitchen could be a bit better. There wasn't a very good knife for cutting things. It's fine for very basic prep, heating something up, but not if you want to cook.

The place is perfect for vacations and for business trips. Location is in the heart of a wonderful city and a garden around gives you the feeling that you a really in paradise. Amazing location in the extreme center of Viterbo. The structure incorporates a private parking Ttay allow the access to the ZTL area without any problem, perfect for visit the city and the neightborhood, recommended!

The location of this 'village' hotel is perfect for exploring the old centre of Viterbo. In a pedestrian part of the town it is very peaceful and there are lots of places to eat and drink within a few minutes walk. This isn't a traditional hotel set up - our twin room was accessed from the street - around the corner from the reception office and hotel signage.

There was no one around when we arrived even though I did inform them of our arrival time. Also the hotel advertises parking but when we put in the address to Google maps, it took us into a 'restricted zone' which I could be fined for driving in. It would be REALLY useful for them to check if people are arriving by car, and provide advance information about how to access the hotel and note that the parking provided isn't really onsite but down the road a little way. The hotel did message me with some instructions about which was to come into the town but didn't mention restricted access. If I get a 100Euro fine I'll be really annoyed as they should/could have told me and if someone had been at reception (or answered the phone number on the door - our first two calls went to voicemail so we were waiting 'in the zone' for around 10 minutes before I reversed out and then managed to get someone else on a different number) then I could have moved out of the zone immediately. The photos of the hotel show beautiful gardens etc but no information was given about accessing them or the pool that is also in the adverts. Finally - a personal bug of mine is hotels that don't provide large bath towels - only small ones... :-)

Location in the heart of the medieval town. The garden right under our window was unique and had a romantic restaurant.

The room was a bit under furnished. There was nowhere to hold our luggage for the day after check out.
