Our stay at Seasily - B&B yourself was great. The location was perfect for our visit to Mount Etna, and the room was spacious, clean and the beds were very comfortable.

Although it's very hard for anything to be done about this, our room was on the ground floor and on our first night, there was a large gathering of young people outside our room who were rather loud until about 3 a.m.

Very nice and modern decorated. Perfect design. Especially the bathroom is well done! We liked the place directly in the centre in a very quite street. Good restaurants at the square. Overlooking a little park you see the sea in the distance.

I think the door of the room can be better isolated. Now you hear other guest come and go very well.

We needed the good sleep before our trekking on Etna next morning. It was great. Lovely rooms, nice and clean. Tea/coffee/oranges for juice free to use in the kitchen. Fresch croissaints and bread for breakfast. Small, family place. We definately go back!

Absolutely amazing staff, unforgettable sunny mornings with a seaside view, perfect breakfast. Best interior design. Everything clean, cosy, well organised. Would love to come back there again one day.

Nice place very well located. Room is clean n large enough for two, with a nice balcony and a big toilet. I liked the shower. Bed was comfortable.

No breakfast other than a voucher that you can use at a local cafeteria. It includes a regular coffee and a croissant, this is not the concept I have of "breakfast included" when you book a room. Otherwise you can appoint for a regular breakfast at the appartment one day in advance for 10€/person. There is no personal at the place but reachable by phone/ WhatsApp. We did not find the information for wlan, as it was late I did not find appropriate to call the owner for that.

there was no one in the morning for breakfast, only 2 euro voucher (coffee and sweet) for a cafe outside, although I did book a room with breakfast included. With that kind of booking I don’t expect to be sent out to a cafe. That was quite of a disappointment as going outside we couldn’t find any restaurants open (for large breakfast) due to the town being so small.

Pros: excellent location, clean and well-designed room, tasty breakfast in the nearby café. Cons: Wi-Fi not working, communication with host.

The WiFi didn’t work and there was no reply to my inquiry for our entire stay. Also, no information about breakfast.

We loved the property and location. The apartment was comfortable and clean, with a good shower. Our room also had a great view and a balcony with chairs and a table. The town was a short walk away & has several simple, friendly restaurants, shops & a small supermarket. There is also adequate free street parking in the area on days when the town is not closed on public holidays & for celebrations. We would definitely stay there again, were it not for the totally inadequate and frustrating communications by the owner / agent.

Exceptionally bad communication from owner/agent. Messages generally answered by automated reply in booking.com chat app, with no/very delayed response from owner/agent. Informed on day before arrival of festa in town that day & couldn’t drive car to apartment. Parked 700m away, costing €4 & carried luggage up a steep hill, through crowds. Outdoor access gate sticks badly & has a broken handle. Difficult to open & caused a minor hand injury. Owner/agent messaged us prior to arrival asking for arrival time. We replied several times, also asking how to enter the property. Had automated reply & arrived 1 hour late because of the festa. Found access details posted online by previous guest so managed to get in. No owner/agent reply until next day. No information about which room was ours. Checked all 3 rooms & took only room which was prepared & clean. No obvious WiFi code, but finally found it. No welcome-pack. Bad WiFi upstairs in our room, OK downstairs in kitchen area, though kept dropping out. Hairdryer had large plug which didn’t fit smaller sockets in room. Couldn’t use it without adapter which wasn’t supplied. Owner/agent contacted us next morning asking us to ring them. Explained they were very busy & tired when we arrived, so went to bed early. They didn’t realise access code was on line. No info about breakfast. Found out-of-date food in fridge & rubbish in kitchen waste bin. Messaged owner/agent for advice & asked to ring them. Told to visit nearby cafe & ring again so they could talk to the owner. Got breakfast. Suggest future guests avoid included breakfast & visit Antica Dolceria dell‘Etna instead which is better quality and value. As asked, we sent photographs of passports to owner/agent, using supplied e-mail address. Messaged 2 days later as they couldn't find the e-mail so asked us to send photos by WhatsApp - number not supplied.
