The location is great, just a walking distance to cafes and restaurants. The room was clean and spacious.

The bed was not comfortable, they joined two single beds together to make a queen size bed.

the location was perfect and in close vicinity to a few good malls and many restaurants. the staff at the hotel were especially helpful and accommodative to our 2 toddlers. We ended up extending our stay.

Overall I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Here is what I liked during my stay: 1. The staff was helpful, respectful and warm. Joseph, Charlene and the guards outside were truly the best! 2. The breakfast was rich and diverse (cost is 5000 cfa for hotel resident and it is a buffet, 8000 cfa for outsiders) 3. There was no disruption of water and electricity 4. The hotel looks like the pictures posted 5. The rooms are clean and spacious 6. The pool and gym are a nice touch

If the following was improved during my stay I would have easily given the hotel 9/10. So the following I disliked: 1. The air conditioner did not work very well on my first night and I had to wait the next day, after several phone calls, for the technician to show up and it is only after insisting that I was offered to be moved to another room. When I spoke to the technician, he confirmed that the job will take a while whilst the staff was trying to convince me that it was a half an hour job, needless to say that it was not. So my first night was not great, it was uncomfortable, hot and sweaty. 2. The internet was not working well for the first week, which was half my stay. It kept dropping off and buffering. I had to do most things downstairs instead of in the comfort of my own room, which is not convenient for such a "luxurious place". The connection seemed great on the ground and first floor and as you go higher it buffers. 3. The information sexually harrassed me as he made a couple of disrespectful sexual remarks towards me on two occasions and did not seem to be in a rush to leave my room as he came up to check my connection. I mentioned it to Joseph (one of the staff but I did not hear anything further from him, the manager, or the owner) 4. There was no clarity on who was the manager, who to complain to, who to speak to regarding an issue at the hotel. I mean a clear hierarchy and specifications of the staff and their roles. 5. My room was not clean at times though I was out or requested, not sure what time it was supposed to be done either so it would be great if that was specified and if you don't want it done at that time then what is the procedure? 6. Lack of attention to details such as no gel hand throughout the hotel or the rooms, the one near the lift was not replenished once finished, no robe or slippers in the rooms, a bit stingy with the towels and the gel douche which was unreplaced on a couple of occasions.
