Staff was very friendly, room was very comfortable, our stay was great!

$2 cost of drying, I spent $10 on that dryer and my clothes were still wet, when I asked the front desk they did not know what to say other than they have already reported it several times. So I told the person after me not to waste their time or money. Owner knows it’s not working properly and deceitfully letting guests use it.

The staff were wonderful! Everyone was very courteous and helpful, they all went out of their way to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible. Breakfast was great each day!!

A little tough to get to, road up to the property needs some repair.

Breakfast was good. Eggs were cooked to order. The attendant was very good.

After checking in we arrived at our room but it was still being cleaned. We had to wait outside the door for 5 to 10 minutes. The entry driveway was narrow and rough.

Best Western is always reliable. The facilities are clean and the rooms comfortable.

Borger is not the best town to visit. I don't think the pandemic was kind to that city and it probably wasn't much of a thriving place even before. I only did an overnight but that was enough. I could only find one non-chain restaurant that was open and it was packed with people. Everything else available was McDs, Pizza Hut, etc.

Everything was GREAT!! The staff was exceptional, good breakfast. Clean and comfortable!! Thank you!! Ice cream at Braums, just a short walk across the parking lot

The only bummer was the pool and spa

Staff was friendly, bed was very comfortable, room was clean, good size room. The breakfast was really good and the woman assisting with the meal was attentive, polite, and made us feel welcome. 😊 Lobby is very nice and updated.

One old used wash cloth was left hanging on the shower rod. For some reason our room smelled like pickles. Didn't like that we couldn't check in until 5:00 pm.

It was very nice. The desk clerk was very considerate of my mom and gave us a room to meet my mom’s needs. The lady serving the food was Kind and helpful. I would come back to this place Just to eat breakfast here. The coffee was very good Too. Thank you 😊

The pillows were too fat and hard. Kids running on the second floor. Too dim in the room.

Breakfast was good, Included in price of the room. The lady at the front desk that checked us in was very friendly and gave great recommendations for goo restaurants in town!

Didn’t have an elevator, but not a deal breaker.

LADY At the front desk was great. rooms clean and the breakfast was great too. they alow pets and that was the best thing ever.
