The room was clean and comfortable. The staff member at check-in was friendly. He required some assistance from his peer but all went well. It is located right along the Rhine River in a business center. We drove a couple of miles and found a great little restaurant.

The check-in process was slow as the line was long upon arrival. It seems like there could be a better way.

Great welcoming experience by the gentleman at the reception desk. All went better than expected. I found the room as expected, clean and very well lit up. Comfortable bed and good supply of bedlinen and towels

Breakfast on the second day was terrible, with hardly any cooked breakfast left to put on the plate. It took them over an hour to replace the cooked breakfast options. I also had to ask to replenish milk and orange juice. No ham at the time either. I nearly left without any breakfast!

I really liked the comfort of the room, the breakfast was also very nice. All in all I found it a to be a nice place.

Well I did not get a room that looks at the river, that was a little bit sad. Of course not everybody can get a room with a nice view.

I like that there is a painting outside of room and matching the painting on the ceiling of the room. the bed is very comfortable for me. Room isn't that big but it is smart how they designed this small room.

there is some dust the chair under the table. the shower water easily splashed outside of the shower area. only one staff one the check-in/check-out desk.

It would be nice to have USB sockets in the rooms. Please have lotion added to the bathroom. Please put still water and water with gas as well in the room. Not all of us likes the water with gas.

Great view over the Rhine. Comfy room. Nice bar in the lobby. Near bus stops, and electric hire scooters or bikes but actually not a long walk into Monheim centre.

No tea or coffee in rooms. Breakfast a bit expensive.

very clean, comfortable and affordable. The rooms were spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Also the bathroom was clean and had everything you need. Very friendly staff who were also helpful. Excellent breakfast. I would very much recommend this hotel

The girl on reception was most welcoming and full of energy, she was great. The room was clean. The hotel was new and ultra modern,

Breakfast could have had more option. It was literally eggs, cold meats (ham etc), yoghurt , cereal and croissants. No sausages, no bacon or anything, I found it limited and bland.

I travel a lot but a hotel like Comfort Hotel Monheim, I never find .. If there are 10 Stars , they deserve it with no doubt . Staff from Receptionist to General Manager are wonderful. Rooms are very clean and comfortable, service is excellent. You feel like you are home . Relaxing, positive energy and artistic atmosphere . I recommend visiting it and enjoying a hotel experience with a special wonderful taste. It's not only a Hotel, it's an enjoying experience. Thank you Comfort Hotel Monheim 🙏

The breakfast was great. Staff was always friendly and helpful. There was a complimentary bottle of sparkling water in our room - much appreciated!

Red wine stain (i hope) on the carpet, but otherwise very clean rooms. The art above the bed (different artists for each room) was not for me.
