Excellent location, beautiful views of the ocean, city and sunrise. The staff was excellent - very friendly and service oriented.

The breakfast is really expensive, so we did not opt for it. Especially since there are so many great cafes in the area. The room service menu after 22:00 had more variety and was more appealing than the menu earlier in the evening. This was annoying. When it rained, a bit of water leaked from the window.

Then location. The view from the room is amazing

Check in was great and staff were warm and welcoming. Check out, the lady who handled my check out I found her very unfriendly to rude. I asked for 1 hr extension until my airport pick up arrives from 12 to 13 . She lectured me un necessarily. As a frequent traveler I know the requirements and she could easily say i will check and confirm. Instead she started by not possible and not acceptable etc. Then i asked her to check if the jounior suite is booked. Eventually it wss not and i wss able to use the one hour extra. I encourage the hotel to ensure that costumers are to reicve the same respect and welcome either as they check in or out.

I found the room cost over prized. Restaurant in the building did not meet my expectations. Airport shuttle is 25$ one way which I found quite expensive as airport is 10 mins away. In the end, I arranged transport by myself

no real place for eating. there are permanent problems to accept credit cards. on high floor, had to wait for hot water.

one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. the staff are INCREDIBLE! after hiking kilamanjaro for our honeymoon we arrived at Radisson - they had prepared our bedroom with beautifully arranged rose petals, champagne and heart shaped cake. they were so nice to us, even letting us modify our reservation. the room was spotless & super comfortable with a great view. mostly we would like to thank all the staff who made our stay so wonderful.

Breakfast buffet was the best part by far. A lot of variety and you never run out of anything. The hotel Staff were very friendly with us and the kids. Very accommodating. I have a special needs kid and they were all flexible and willing to adapt to assist with his specific need

Room was a bit on a smaller side. I know it’s the trend but that open bathroom with almost no wall between bathtub, sink and bedroom is not for me. Specially when traveling with family I appreciate my me time which is literally during bath time. But you can’t have that with this layout. You cannot shut the door….only toilet and shower have doors The shower cap was broken, no elastic even when you open a new pack

Cleaning services, Paolo did a great job. Breakfast was very good. Excellent parking. Everyone worker was nice and helpful. Price wasn't bad.
