The staff were super friendly, the food was delicious. The pool and views were a dream, the resort was stunning. Worthy of 5 stars!

The 20% tax fee on final bill of food/drinks. We stayed for 2 nights, our total bill was around $250, final bill of $303.

The hotel was great, and a lovely sunset from the cliffs around. There were restaurants in walking distance and the on site restaurant was very tasty too. Rooms were spacious and all had a really calming space to sit outside and relax, as well as a tv with many channels.

It would have been great if there had been tea and coffee facilities in the room, and some of the snorkels didn't fit all that well but it was great to have free snorkels!

On the ocean, pool and restaurant were amazing and views from both better than advertised.

Exceptional sea side location. Rooftop room looking over the ocean through the lush gardens. The Blue Mahoe Restaurant beautifully located on the cliffs. Excellent food with many choices. Wonderful expert massage and facial treatments. Pool and bar areas offer incredible views of the sunsets.

Afternoon until late night/early morning, very loud music from across the street, audible on the balcony and in the room even with all windows closed.

The property is well designed, location is good, but bit further away from main activities, so you have to choose it either for overnight, or for relaxation at the pool, spa or sunbathing. Rooms are spacious with adjoining patios (at least garden side). There is restaurant on site, which served gret food.

Although restaurant is good, the service is slow. You have to alllocate 1 hour for breakfast, as it is a la carte. There is annoing requirement to bring beach towels and bathrobe to reception during check-out. I assume guest are steeling, but somehow other hotels are able to manage this in more comfortable way for customers.

So the place is just just amazing...pricey...like crazy pricey....but it was off the chart beautiful....super glad we stayed here for our 1st 2 nights in negril... we got their ocean view room...just heaven...and the view...wow! Also the place was very secure...always felt safe. Last the location....if you love the cliffs, you can't beat the minutes walk to a dozen places to eat and drink....super nice.. I guess we can make more money next week!

I mean, it's hard to complain...and believe me it is hard to complain 1. .but it would have been nice to travel 2 hours from the airport to the hotel and have the fridge stocked with red stipe.. 2.. the pool was a bit grimy....but they corrected that the next day. 3. Also it would have been nice with a real dresser for clothes storage But I swear to you I'd go back in a second....the place was great...and very relaxing

This place is the absolute best! We couldn’t have had a better vacation and it was because of the amazing staff here. They were so kind and welcoming, and treated us like they’ve known us forever. They were always quick help us and give us recommendations, we wouldn’t have had the experience that we did without them! The property is beautiful as well, we will definitely be back.

The hotel is exceptional. Our room was clean airy comfortable and well designed. Breakfast was prepared to order in the restaurant with the chef i. full view in the open kitchen. We arranged a candlelit dinner for two by the sea - fantastic. Cocktails were very good and reasonably priced. The staff were attentive and helpful from the gatekeeper to the servers. We will be back for a longer stay soon.

The journey from Kingston is very long and arduous. The journey to Montego Bay is much easier. This time we had no choice of airport - next time we will book when the Montego Bay flight is available …. and get somebody to drive for us!

The property was lovely, and right on the cliffs with a beautiful view. Our seaside cottage was small but comfortable bed and small sitting area outside. A/C worked well and staff was great, daily cleaning and turn down service. The restaurant is delicious, and the bar well stocked. The staff is amazing from hotel check-in to kitchen, and bar and grounds keepers.

The lock on the cottage wasn’t working and it took a few days to fix that. The pool had pump issues and needed to be drained so that wasn’t available until our 4th day there. There is no workout room ir area with weights, treadmill, bike. Parking can be a hassle in the lot when it’s full and takes time for staff to manage that area. No valet.
