The capusle was comfortable. The airflow was fine, but I was a little warm. I tend to run warm so that can be just a personal nuance. It was totally fine once I settled in to sleep. After all, you're only really in the capsule to sleep. The rest of the time you are enjoying the hot spa water, hot tent sauna and the top floor with free miso soup and free curry and rice for breakfast. The coffee machines makes multiple coffee drinks, two types of tea, sparkling and flat water too. At night they set up different kinds of booze to enjoy. The vending machine at the lobby entrance has vitamin waters, beers and sake. The location is terrific: in a small town on the Chuo and Subo lines. Very easy to find great local dining and shopping and quick few stops to Koenji for awesome vintage shopping and shinjuku for night life!

Cooler capsule temperatures would be nice.

The stay was great. Comfortable and relaxing. Price can look higher, but there is so much included: two types of sauna, hot pool with a massage jets, massage chairs, non-alcoholic and even alcoholic beverages, free rice to eat thorough all day, many cosmetic amenities in washing room, bookcases of manga to read. Capsules are large, warm, with highly comfortable beds. I spent 7 nights and made another booking in their second branch for latter days.

You have to be silent everywhere, in the capsule, in the coworking-dining space. That is fantasticaly relaxing. But if you need to make a call, only option is to go to the staircase. There is no gym room. When I excersised next to my capsule, I was reminded by staff that I make a noise. But there is no place to excersice.

Free amenities are the best, rice and curry every morning with drinks almost 24/7. Bathhouse is nice if you don't mind the culture of just stripping down: treat it like a gym locker room and it's fine. Also, there are no other showering options besides the bathhouse, and you cannot get in the actual hot spring with any clothes on, as that is pretty nasty anyways. Pretty much everything you need there, but be wary that while they have English papers and signs, they don't speak as much of it. You don't really need to talk at all here though, you can just be silent for 3 days straight and it's a great experience. Pretty much everything you see is included, you don't even need your bag or pajamas because they give you outfits to change in to. If it's not included, they will have a price tag next to it, but that's only the shop near the entrance of the hotel. Amazingly relaxing experience, you can just chill all day and read manga (might be hard if you can't read Japanese though). For anime fans: I discovered that White Fox Studios is literally less than a minute walk from this hotel on the way to Ogikubo station, so that is pretty cool if you enjoy anime.

Bed was a little stiffer than expected and AC was hot at first, but that's only because you have to turn it on when you get in the capsule. Make sure you can climb in case they give you a top-bunk capsule, and you really only need the capsule for the actual time you will be sleeping so it's not a big deal.

- Location close to train station - Complimentary breakfast and drinks - Cleanliness of facilities - Nice public bath and sauna tent - Double entrance doors for the sleeping area which I didn't find from other capsule hotels during my trip (can see good efforts in trying to keep the area quiet) - Casual clothing (jinbei?) provided at no extra cost Overall, I had a great stay and will definitely add this place to my go-to list if I ever have to visit the area again!

- Small space for luggages (but understandable as this is a usual case for capsule hotels in Tokyo, and not a big deal as they provide a dedicated space for storing) - Dining room can be crowded at certain times - The sleeping pod is a little too warm for me but this can be subjective and it seems this is the common issue with capsule hotels elsewhere too

The staff was always very respectful and helpful in both English and Japanese. The sento and bathing facilities were beautiful and clean. It rained one day and they even offered me an umbrella! As for the food, it was fine--I'm certainly not going to complain about free food! The keema curry I especially enjoyed. There wasn't much diversity in terms of food choice, but again, it was free.

Not much, honestly. As mentioned above, a broader menu would have been appreciated, but for the low low cost of 'free' I can't say I was in any way disappointed.

It's extremely clean, especially considering it's a capsule hotel with many people. I saw very often people during the day cleaning the facilities, making sure that everything stays clean. They offer lots of free stuff like razors, toothbrushes, etc. Towels are also free to use. I like that it also has an onsen and a sauna, it's great to relax. The lounge is perfect, it's very big, is great for working, also has lots of mangas, free drinks, massage chairs, etc. I also like the location, it's not too far from the station and very close to Shinjuku.

I felt like some of the chairs and tables looked quite old and dirty and could get replaced. It's a minor thing, but I also don't like that I have to use 2 keys, one for the door and one for the shoe box. I've also been to the hotel of this chain in Akihabara and there it's the same key.

The free necessities were great and I did not expect them. I enjoyed the sauna with a real Misa stove as a Finnish person. Overall this was a last minute stay decision and it was not my first choice but I was very happy that I chose this accommodation.

The capsule air was a bit stale and warm, even though there was a fan available. Also the cleanliness is something that could be improved.

1. The location is not in a business hub (e.g. Shinjuku) but it is still easy to catch public transport, buses, JR trains etc. The location is also sorrounded by local restaurants which I found them good. 2. Facilities provided are excellent. The bonus point is the combination of accomodation, lounge with some food and drink supply, and hot spring all in one.

Not much. Maybe this is because I did not have a busy schedule to visit many sites of attraction everyday.

The breakfast was good, they provided the ingredients for making your own raw egg rice bowl. Or you can do ochazuke. A miso soup machine also exists. They have foutain softdrinks and fountain coffee of decent quality. The sento and dry sauna tent was pleasant, not exceedingly hot.

It is a bit farther from the areas in tokyo I wanted to explore but that isn't a major problem because this is right next to the rail station. The Saturday to Sunday weekend prices are a bit more expensive but that's just the demand.

Close to the station and with a good amount of restaurants and stores nearby. The lounge area is pretty nice with free rice, and soup. Alcohol is also available in the evenings for free.

No elevator is available, but it was fine as there are only four levels in the building.
