Was in a good location near many restaurants and the train station and a couple convienance stores and a grocery store. Breakfasts did change up in a buffet style and had a fair selection of things to try. The staff was very friendly and helpful during my stay.

The bed was on the stiffer side for my tastes. For the breakfast, even when got there right when open, some of the foods were served cooked, but on the cooler side. Having stayed there for 3 weeks and it was the same ones, I figured it had more to do with the bento culture. They did have a public bath downstairs, but understanding the culture I was unable to use it because of my full back tattoo.

The staff was very friendly and professional. The restaurant was excellent. Food was delicious and the staff always greeting us with a smile. Will definitely choose this location if I visit again!

Washer dryer did not dry the clothes properly.

The building was pretty new so everything looked very clean which was really nice. The room size was just enough it was not too small compared with lot of other hotel rooms.

I booked 2 double bed rooms and requested the rooms to be near each other as we are 4 people family but we got one room at the 2nd floor and the other one at the 9th floor which was really inconvenient.

You have to pay extra for breakfast, so we didn't do that. The Japanese hot baths are awesome, and this hotel had a nice one for the men, but my wife said it didn't have an outdoor one for the women.

There is no free parking, and even the cheaper paid parking nearby get's full quickly at night. I don't think the staff spoke much English which limited the communication mainly to me who knows some Japanese.

Very clean room and bathroom. The ofuro was clean and very relaxing.

Need larger size pajamas for larger guests.

I have nothing to say about this hotel. I love it! The staff is very approachable and helpful. Their breakfast buffet was really good it’s like a 4-5stars hotel style that’s why I like this hotel when in comes to their foods. worth the money. 🤗

We stayed for 4 nights and each breakfast served as variable. We are satisfied of the food with very helpful staffs.

The parking lot is limited.

I loved all the toiletries. They even had facial cosmetics!! And had pajamas available even tho though they were stiff and scratchy, I loved that I didn’t have to pack much. And having an indoor and outdoor onsen was an extra bonus. Plus the breakfast buffet was amazing!!!!

Rooms are small and beds are small but that seems to be the norm in Japan.
