This was a great place for the price. I liked how quiet the rooms were. The staff were very helpful. On my first stay, I accidentally booked a smoking room. The clerk changed it to a non-smoking room without any extra fees or hassle.

I wish there had been a better explanation of how breakfast worked. Guest have to chose the main dish before and then most of the side dishes were self-served. What I wanted to know was were the self-serve items a one time go through or buffet (get as much as one wanted) deal. Also if I ordered the Asian main meal, was I allowed to have the Western sides (like the white rolls instead of white rice) or was I supposed to pick only what went with my meal.

Very good location. Walking distance from Hon-Atsugi Station. Staff spoke English. I have no complaints.

The extension cord was hidden behind the curtain, so I didn't find it easily. I should have looked more carefully though.

Great value for the price. Convenient location to Hon Atsugi station. Helpful and pleasant staff. Clean rooms and facilities.

For our 15 night stay we could have used one or two more hooks with hangers, and just a little more shelf space in the room. I realize that our two week stay is probably not the hotel's target market.

We appreciate the price rates of this hotel even on peak days. They accommodated all our requests and the room was as expected. The location was nice since it is near shopping centers and food chains.

The pillows were too thin and was a bit small for our liking. One of the lighting flickers when you try to dim the light. Also, it was on our last day when we discovered the extension cord since it was hidden away behind the curtains.

Air conditioning was very poor in the room. Was good that we could lend small fan in the room otherwise it was too hot even set 18 degrees in the room which was lowest setting.

They accommodated us quickly. During check out we were able to leave our luggage’s with them while we wait for our departure. They provided slippers and robes. A big bed perfect for 2. And roomy for 2 big luggage’s and 2 carry ons

We really liked the flexible booking schedule. On of the scheduleds was from 12pm to 12am the next day. The other schedule was from 12pm to 10pm the next day. We loved not having to be rushed and getting extra time to explore the area. We had a nice shower after dinner and enjoyed a cool evening drive home. The 12pm to next day 10pm plan is great!

Breakfast was nice. I realized while unpacking that I'd left my computer adaptor at my friend's place. I asked the front desk if they had one and they loaned me an adaptor for the rest of my stay. That was very helpful.
