Location is great just at exit 2 of the metro station (airport line) however you have to look up to see the sign! hotel staff have good English and are friendly and helpful. Rooms are compact, including bathroom/shower but are good spec and clean. window can be opened if you don't like airco. It is very close to the large pond/castle ruins and the area is relatively quiet but still walkable from the center if needed. The Kuromon Rojiura Bakery is a few streets away for anyone desperate for some European style bread and coffee.

Despite perceivably clean enough, it still cause me sneezing after enter the room. If you are very sensitive to fine particles, please beware. The toilet is almost at the middle of the room and right next to the bed, giving extra humidity and smell. This does not mean it's bad, but it can be better. Anyway, the current price-quality is already reasonable. If you need to do some business nearby, here it is probably the best choice.

The hotel is strategically situated near an underground station, providing convenient access to both Hakata Station and the airport. The premises are well-maintained, and the staff is generally courteous. However, it is worth noting that only two employees were proficient in English. Overall, the stay was more than satisfactory.

Near 7-11 and very quiet place. Staff was very nice. Very near Tojinmachi Subway (even no elevator 🛗) Room is very clean. Smell good. I reallyly love duvet, it’s so soft

No elevator on subway. The near Exit is 2 but no elevator. The elevator is on Exit 7, walk around 5 minutes to the hotel

Although I could not walk to Hakata or Tenjin, the location was still perfect for me - super close to the Tojinmachi station. I could also walk from the hotel to Ohori Park and Teamlab Fukuoka. The staff was really helpful and friendly. The lobby was great - there was also a coffee machine provided.

The room was a bit too small for unpacking our luggages.

Good Location, very close to subway Tojinmachi station just a few walks. You can walk to Pay Pay Dome, Mark is shopping mall and Odori park. Excellent Service, free rice with curry between 6.00-9.00 pm. Room cleaning every day with full amenities. Staff very helpful 🙂

Hard to communicate with hotel staff in English when not speaking Japanese. Not much space to store luggage in the room.

This was our first stay in a Japanese hotel and we were quite pleased with the cleanliness, thoughtful attention,and tasty Japanese/Western breakfast.

The window didn’t open to add more ventilation to the room. The fan worked very nicely, though.

Nice hotel with good rooms, enough space for two people. I liked the free unlimited water, tea and coffee in the lobby and the big area to sit and work if you need it.

The furniture is a little bit outdated.

I liked the most was the location, very near to subway station. Staff was very nice too.

The size of a room was a bit small for two persons.
