The breakfast in this hotel is outstanding. I got the Japanese breakfast and it reminds me of a very complete ryokan-style breakfast. They have a selection for a Western breakfast as well, and they also allow it in a takeaway format in case you are hurrying off. The location is literally next to the train station, and though a bit tricky (you need to set "S-PAL Fukushima Parking Lot" in your google maps), it is a simple and easy-to-use large carpark right by their doorstep which was great. The room is what you'd expect of a typical business hotel, no complaints there.

The bed was -a little bit- hard, but I still slept well nonetheless. Other than the bed and pillow comfort, which while not the most comfortable is expected of typical business hotel fare, there isn't actually much else I didn't like.

Super close to the Fukushima JR station, basically connected to it. Right next to the bus station too, so really easy to catch either a bus or a train. Next to a famous enban gyoza restaurant too. Quiet hotel, nice staff. Big sized room compared to most Japanese hotels, on par with the size of American hotels. Lovely view from the hotel window looking out towards the mountains. Wonderful breakfast included.

Hotel felt a little dated, but nothing serious. Super cost effective.

The hotel is right next to the station you just have to get out and walk a few steps, not even cross the street! wich is really convenient when walking around with luggage and visiting nearby locations, theres English speaking staff if your Japanese is not good, they also stored our luggage since we arrived early wich gave us freedom to walk around the city that day. The breakfast has option between traditional Japanesse (you should take it, its amazing!) or Western style, both are great but i feel the Japanesse really complements the experience!

I made the mistake of taking a smoking bedroom and the entire floor and room really smells, It was my fault and not the hotels and its actually one of the few in my entire trip i found they have this kind of facility for smokers, tho wish they hadnt

All great. The free coffee served in the lobby is much better than many of those you can get outside.

Not sure if breakfast is served in a set menu fashion as part of the precautionary measures, and it's not a bad idea at all. But it's not ideal when you have to queue and wait to be served in a morning rush. There was only one waitress and most tables were occupied by trays of unfinished breakfast left by other guests -- not the best place to eat and begin your day. The system was designed with a very good intention, but I really hope the restaurant can be more staffed and cleaned to make the experience near perfect.

The room was very clean and nice, was a bonus to be able to connect to Netflix on the TV! Breakfast was included and it was very lovely that they were able to pack the breakfast as a bento if you, request it. Location was amazing as it was right next to the station.

Conveniently located next to the JR Fukushima station and bus terminal. They provided 2 different types of pillow. The breakfast set was great, and the restaurant service was good.

The reception staff weren't friendly. The room was a bit stuffy despite switching the aircon to the strongest.

The water heat tap only had 2 option. Either hot or cold. Room 303. (It was a turn nob, but the temperature would switch suddenly, instead of gradually.)

although the room was very clean there was still a bit of a stale smell that develops in spaces that are constantly closed. granted, not as bad as the smell of smoking in some other hotels, but still there.

Hotel RIGHT next to Fukushima Station, we got a great price on a Saturday night which included breakfast so very satisfied. The rooms are small but quiet and dark at night, got great sleep. Late night check in was great.
