- The hotel is located on a main street served by many local bus routes; the nearest JR station is about a 10-minute walk - It is not far from the Tatehana Wharf where the morning market is located - The room was spacious and big for a Japanese hotel and the washroom was clean - The property has a laundry room with three washing/drying machines. You can pay by cash or IC card and the wash includes detergent. You can also monitor the status of the laundry machines from your room TV. - The staff is very friendly and at least one (during our stay) spoke English - After checking in, you pay for your room at the machines on the side. It is quite straight forward. This is also where you check-out (at the self-serve machine). You will return the room key there and it is not necessary to speak to anyone to process the check-out. - There is a Lawson on the ground floor. - The wi-fi was strong and internet speeds were fast.

Good location in center of town near izakaya alley. Friendly staff that was very helpful, kind and patient. Decent breakfast spread in clean, basic business hotel.

Weird system of checking in with staff and then going to machine (only Japanese) to pay and get room number and keys. It worked, just seemed really wonky and unnecessary.

Standard Japanese business hotel in a great location near yokocho area Lawson convenience store in the building Good size room for Japan Onsite parking costs 900 yen a night, staff were very helpful (but you cannot book, lucky parking lot was not full)

Friendly & helpful staff at the front office. We managed to change to a Non-smoking room when we arrived. We needed extra pillows and we got it on the spot at front office.

Price is on the high side as compare to other hotel in the vicinity. May be it is a Saturday.

After many nights on tatami mats it was nice to get to a bed for a change. very comfortable hotel. good location to explore many of the local night spots. was just a one night stop over but was a nice recharge spot in the midst of a lot of traveling.

Very polite and helpful staff at reception ensured that the stay was pleasant and any queries or requests for assistance were handled with a smile and efficiency. The size of the televison in the room was a bonus. Very good.

Everything was fine

Reasonably priced hotel about 10 minutes from Hon Hachinohe station or a 15 minute (about ¥2500) taxi ride from Hachinohe Station. The rooms were small but very quiet and dark, great if you just need somewhere to sleep and shower when on vacation! Strong AC and big tv.
