Perfect location five minutes from the center and the port and very close to the bus terminal where buses to the airport also depart and arrive. The structure is very large and is divided into a renovated part and an older one. The rooms in the new part are large and functional, some also have a comfortable balcony. Everything was very clean both the rooms and the common areas. The hotel offers various restaurants, a large public bathroom, an internal shop, various drinks dispensers spread throughout several points and convenient washing machines and dryers that work very well and quickly. The staff is helpful, and present day and night. The clientele is mainly Japanese, Chinese and Korean, therefore the hotel is not particularly familiar with Western customers. The welcome drink available every day at the entrance is kind with jasmine tea, lemonade made from local lemons and awamori. The hotel offers massage reservations at a reasonable price

One day the room was not made up at 4 pm, but the staff resolved the problem immediately

Lovely hotel right in the heart of the city. The rooms were large for Japan and the beds were very comfortable. Also a very clean hotel. The highlight is the buffet breakfast with a variety of food offered daily. There’s no free parking at the hotel. The parking at the hotel is ¥100/hour. I suggest parking at the ferry terminal across the hotel since it is ¥50/hour from 20:00 to 08:00.

Internet was unstable in the room.

Location was excellent right between the busstation and the ferry terminal , in the center close to a lot of restaurants. Very extensive breakfast buffet with also enough choices for western tastes.

Very spotty working internet, cleaning of the room was not done properly.

Breakfast buffet was full of Okinawa local foods. Delicious and delightful. Room was cozy with good harbor view, Hotel building was clean and cozy, but seemed not new fashioned. But, that made little bit nostalgic mood nice to stay.

wonderful location and efficient management

I was offered to exchange one day of cleaning for a hotel restaurant voucher. At the end the voucher never came and both days' cleaning was skipped. It wasn't critical, but a little bit of discomfort and disappointment at the end of the stay. It could be an English miscommunication with the staff.

- kids area between two buildings - ideal location next to the port - good restaurant in the hotel - hot bath was nice and good too

- the doors of the room were a bit heavy and moved strong, was a slight danger for our 2 year old

The location is perfect, the rooms in the new building that we had was gorgeous and big and beautiful, super clean and with a great view also.

The location in front of the port is very convenient. The bedroom was spacious and comfortable Two of the three restaurants were very good, the Gettoan was delicious.

i stayed in the new building. it was very nice and comfortable. similar to a Tokyo nice hotel. water view. perfect location to the port.
