1/F not bad but lack of choice. only 4 set of breakfast and adhoc items (charagable)

the lightning in the room. actually i dont like warm light. recommend to provide adjustable light source.

Modern, clean hotel with larger than average room sizes. Great location 4 minutes walking from Karatsu train station. Directly next to small shopping area and plenty of restaurants. Very convenient place to stay in Karatsu. Hotel has drinks vending machines, a microwave in the common area and a very stylish, light-filled lobby on the 3rd floor to sit and even table space to work on a notebook. Area was still quiet at night.

Everything was great, except the beds were the hardest in our whole trip. Too hard for my linking but if you don't mind hard beds, it is a great place to stay.

For Karae any probleme For Booking.com.bcs i can not contact with them This is a force majeure case due to the weather in Saga prefecture,and I informed the hotel in Arita,on the morning of July 10 that I could not come to check in because No bus ,no train from Karatsu station,the information center tell me clossed road to Arita all day However, the hotel Soufusha does not support and still charge 100% of the room rate. I have contacted booking.com for help but I still have not received any response from booking.com. Alway automatic anserw,can not can not contact with them who is big compagny.is it normal???

Small eco hotel with 1 floor (3rd flr) of room. The 1st flr are restuarants, gift shop, and a movie theater. The second floor is a business, a school, and shared workspaces. They have eco cleaning meaning full cleaning ever two days, while replacing towels and removing trash everyday. Location was near karatsu station, easy to find...since it's at the start of the walking street.

I wish they would upgrade their hotel room keys to card scanning room type. So much easier to hold...but if you get lazy, I believe they can hold your room key when your off on your adventure.

The room had a desk and chair, and also a bench and table as well as the large bed. The room and hotel are clean, modern and stylish. The en suite bathroom was spacious and spotless. The shower was good and powerful. There's a communal area to sit in with long tables. Washing machines, tumble dryers and microwave in a room nearby. It was very peaceful, we had our window open and there was no traffic noise in the morning as it is on a pedestrian street. It's about 3 minutes walk from the small station.You can hire bikes from them too

The breakfast was 1 piece of toast (we're vegetarian so didn't have the 1 rasher of bacon that came with it) and butter plus 1 drink, which seemed small to us.

Clean, quiet, comfortable, very central + next to the shopping street and the train station. Breakfast was light but tasty (toasts with butter). The staff is nice (including at the restaurant) and gives good recommandations. Towels, sleepers, toothbrush, soaps are provided. The top beds have actual stairs to reach it.

Still quite pricey for a dormitory. Breakfast could be fuller.

Very nice hotel, good location (within 5mn walk from train station). Female dormitory is quiet, clean and equipped with own bathroom and toilets. A window would have been a plus. Beds are comfortable, with a bit of space to put personal belongings (as well as a locked space inside the bedside table). I stayed a week and it was a really good experience!

Boutique feeling to this hotel. Perfect for short stay . Well decorated and nice art work. Rooms spacious and well designed. Location very good. Excellent value for money.

Breakfast is served in the cafe downstairs , and was very basic compared to larger hotels we had stayed but very tasty. The cafe also had a good lunch menu.

Newer modern small hotel in a very good location. Walking distance from train & bus stations. Near art galleries & restaurants. Modern Room is good size with good amenities. Nice comfortable bathroom. Friendly & helpful staff, however only one speaks English.

No early check in is allowed & check out is too early. The policy should be flexible.

Minimalist design. Reception staff are friendly and helpful. Room is clean and quite spacious with dehumidifier. No housekeeping for stays 3 days and under but you’ll get fresh towels and bin liners everyday. Close to izakayas, restaurants, Oteguchi and Karatsu station. Walking distance to many attractions! Ideal hotel to stay in for exploring Karatsu.
