the staff were welcoming and helpful! short trip from haneda airport and near by stations. the atmosphere and vibe of the hotel was very chilled. the room itself is bigger than other japanese hotels which made coming back to the room after a day of exploring relaxing especially with the reclining bed and projector and popcorn! also enjoyed the big breakfast before heading out and particularly loved the rooftop, amenities, drinks and kitchen area.

The drop-down projector screen was awesome, and the folding bed was comfortable. Perfect place to watch movies in comfort after a long day of travel. Food options surrounding the hotel were great. And the food at the hotel itself was very tasty. The drinks at the bar were well mixed and nice. You really never had to leave the hotel if you didn't want to. If you wanted to go somewhere, it's located Perfect. The train station was very nearby. It's all around a luxury experience at a low price.

Very modern hotel, close to Don Quijote, and Kawasaki Station. Very few hotels offer reclining beds and this one offers a nice private bath and shower. Staff is great, my Japanese is not the best but they did try to make effort to understand my requests and speak English.

No real issues here, I only stayed one night, wish I could of stayed longer but I had other accommodations already booked. The rooftop terrace is nice, it was windy that day so best to make use to relax when there is no wind.

The staff at the front desk were very helpful. They speak English which is a plus. The room was clean and the bathroom was surprisingly spacious. The breakfast was delicious. The rooftop area is nice and having a kitchen with many amenities available is a plus. The reclining bed is very comfortable.

The room was quite small. Once the bed was completely flat, it was very noticeable how small it was. I’m sure they have got bigger rooms so double check this if this is something that might concern you. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed and therefore we were unable to order room service or have any sort of food at the hotel. We were not informed about this during check in.

We loved it and definitely will come back! + The area is lively but still calm and great restaurants are just 2-6 minutes walking distance away (Ichiran for example just only 4min by walk) + Room and bed is so comfy and well planed, bathroom was also clean and well designed + great aesthetic in general in the whole hotel + staff is so lovely and helps you right away + close to Haneda (20mins by train) + rooftop is great and lovely

Everything was great!

What's not to like. The rooms are perfect such a brilliant use of apace. Food is lovely. French toast and fruit especially, along with tuna and avocado tartare. However, the staff 🥰 that is what makes it so special!! Nothing is too much for them. They are so accommodating, my Japanese was very poor, and these girls were incredible. I have travelled many places and this is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. Extremely cheap for such brilliant service and accommodation. I will definitely be back

Clean and cozy room with toiletries etc included. We only stopped for the day whilst waiting for a late night flight and it served the purpose we needed it for. Free beer in the lobby was a perk.

The restaurant meal was terrible. Literally the worst food we ate in the month we were in Japan. Not at all what was shown in the pic. I do not recommend eating there.

Really good place to stay, esp for people with JR Pass. You can use JR Pass to reach KAWASAKI Sta. and walk for 10 mins to reach the place. It is also 20 mins away from HANEDA Airport, direct metro line for 2 USD. Really well managed place with a 24Hr open kitchen and also restaurant at GF for people to chill-out / work.

Great value for such a good location to Kawasaki centre. Staff are super friendly. Tech in room is great for watching netflix etc. And a free beer each evening - what's not to love!

Room is small, but hey it's Japan .... all hotel rooms are small unless you spend a fortune.

Staff was friendly, information shared during check in was easily accessible, and room service was a nice touch. The room definitely exceeded my expectation.

Location is far from the center of Tokyo, but there are plenty of restaurants & shops available close by.
