Semi great location for my purposes as it has enough connections to the places that matter for me. Ie Akihabara, Tsukiji, Ginza etc. all are single train rides away with either the Odeo line or the Tsukuba express. The station is only 2mins walk away and has lifts to get to the train (something not all stations in Tokyo has especially for Travellers with luggage) Staff were friendly and the room has all the amenities you need.

There is ONLY 1 lift for the entire hotel so during checkout time you could be waiting for upwards of 10 to 20mins to get on the lift to get out of the hotel. Which can be avoided if you wake up early or go out later avoiding the 9-10am window

Hotel location is good. 2min to Oedo line. 4 min to Ginza line. If you like to walk you can visit Asakusa, Ueno, Akihabara by walk. Just 1-2 stations far from hotel. Direct access to Shibuya with Ginza line and to shinjuku with Oedo line. Hotel staff' are very kind. They know English. If you ask something, they listen carefully. If you don't understand their answer cause of their accent, they tell you by write. They were always smiling ☺️ Room is clean. My handprints on the table were cleaned everyday. There is an universal plug, and usb output for charging. There is coin a laundry on the first floor. And also they have restaurant. But i didn't use. I just expected to sleep in a clean room. And also location is the middle of the tourist attraction places. They are exceeded my expectations.

Location-wise, it is not located in the central or crowded area of Tokyo so it is a quiet place. However it is not too far from Ueno shopping street. More than one train stations and bus stops nearby. The staffs are helpful and service-mind centric, I called to the desk after midnight to ask how can I turn on the heater due to cold weather. Turn out that the female staff just brought the whole heater to our room which was on seventh floor, I was really impressed.

Being in Tokyo means that the room will not be that spacious and by 2 people, it is kind of hard to move around in the room.

The location of this hotel was perfect. extremely close to metro lines and close to Ueno station where you can go just about anywhere from. We only had to take a 42 minute skyliner train direct from Narita airport to Ueno station. Convenience stores like 7eleven and Lawson are a minutes walk away. Luup rental available right outside the hotel. The laundry facilities came in handy as we used them 3 or 4 times during our 2 week stay, you can check the status of the laundry machines via your room tv which was a great touch. The room tv also had many recent films to watch which was a bonus.

The only thing I can think of was that the lift was fairly busy when the rooms were being cleaned at a certain time of day, but everything else was perfect.

We would recommend staying at this accommodation. The accommodation is in great proximity to public transportation (eg. trains and buses). We also enjoy all the restaurants and shopping that was close by, so that we did not have to walk a great distance for meals. The room was very clean and tidy. The room was very small, with just a double bed, which we were aware of before booking this accommodation. We were able to store 2 suitcases in the room, with the handy bonus of being able to store 1 under the bed. The staff were very friendly and helpful, which made our stay very enjoyable.

The only downside of this accommodation is that is there is only 1 elevator available for the 14 floors. As our room was on the 6th floor, it was really difficult to get the elevator down during check out. We waited for 20 minutes (3 times the elevator opened at our floor, but was full), and eventually went back to our room and waited for about 30 minutes and tried again, with success. So, I would recommend that you try not to use the elevator between 9:45am and 10:15am, if possible.

It was clean and comfortable. It’s a short walking distance from Ueno and other convenient stations which made it worth its price.

The location was great and there was room cleaning every 3 days. Also we had new towels every day which made our stay really nice and clean. The bed was comfortable and the view was decent (you could see the street outside and some other buildings but at least you had good light).

The room was a bit too small, so it was hard to open your suitcase, except if you put it on the bed to open it. The space under the bed was good for storing the suitcases but still for opening it needed a bit more. Also, there was really lots of congestion in the elevator during rush hours. A second elevator would be really needed.

I arrived earlier than the check in time, instead of paying for early check in, I left my luggage first in the hotel. They have this system where you log in and you get a QR code that you'll use to claim your luggage after. Check in experience was a breeze! With just a few taps, you can get your keycard already. The room was small (normal in Tokyo) but the facilities make up for it. What I loved most about it is the space under the bed that you can use to store your luggage. There's housekeeping and they replenish the toiletries every single day. In terms of location, the area is very quiet with lots of small eateries that you can check out. For transportation, there are three lines within 10minute walking distance from the hotel. The nearest is the Toei Omedo Line (approx 2 minute walk) Inaricho station of Ginza Line (around 7 minute walk), and Okachimachi station of JR Yamanote line (10minute walk). This area is 2 stations away from Asakusa via Inaricho, and around 40 minutes to Yoyogi via Okachimachi JR Yamanote. There's a Sukiya across the road; a 7-11, Ministop, Family Mart and a pharmacy within minutes. If you want to do your laundry, there's coin laundry in the hotel, there's also one next door, and two more within walking distance going to Inaricho station. In addition to Sukiya, there's a really good yakitori place nearby, a coco ichibanya, Doutor, among others. All in all, a really good stay for me!

There was a certain smell that refused to disappear even after spraying the room spray that came free with the room. It wasn't unpleasant, but it just hung in the air.

The room was clean, quiet, well-supplied with amenities, and had good curtains that kept it dark during sleeping hours (the rooms are quite small, but typical for that price range). The bed was comfortable, and good length (about 7'). The staff were polite, friendly, and helpful. Check-in/out was quick and easy. The location is a very short walk from Shin Okachimachi subway station, and about a 10-15 minute walk to a couple of other subway stations, including Okachimachi (which is on the very convenient Yamanote line). There are also plenty of little restaurants and drinking holes in the neighborhood, especially as one gets closer to Okachimachi station.

There is no way for guests to control the temperature in their room - heating/A/C is controlled centrally, although the hotel offers blankets or other solutions for those looking for more warmth or cooling. Also, I bought breakfast at the hotel restaurant (Hanabi) on my first morning there for 1,100 yen (~US$7.50), which was definitely both very filling and affordable, but not really the freshest (especially the grilled mackerel, but also many of the small side dishes). Note that if you do order breakfast there, you should order it the night before; if you pay the same day, it will cost you an extra 100 yen (i.e. 1,200 yen total).

Near to oedo station, also few konbini store where we are able to buy some snacks when going out and coming back to the hotel. Luckily the lift issue didn't bother us much, might due to the time we using it. As usual the room is small as expected in Japan.

Staying in during the autumn winter season, we are unable to manually change the room temperature whereas they changed the air condition from cold to warm and we feel hot in the room, only fan mode available but need to call the service desk in order to change that.
