Good location if coming by train as the station and many restaurants are very close. The room was clean and functional.

The bed was hard. The fact of having to leave the key when leaving the hotel is pretty inconvenient. If coming by car, there is a parking, which is very convenient, but the traffic in the area is crazy and it takes time to reach the hotel.

The Hotel was well maintained. The Restaurant food was excellent. I had the 200g Sirloin Steak which was the best value I have found in Japan and very tasty. It is close to some good shopping and restaurants and railway station. An EV Fast Charge is within 5kms.

Parking is limited. That means a short walk from a parking station that the Hotel paid for. How-ever if the weather is bad the walk back is not sheltered.

Very pleasant staff. Close to train station and within walking distance of other attractions in Kurume.

Room was supposed to have a sofa but only had a chair. Hotel staff was very accommodating and gave us a second room at no charge, however it was difficult to visit anyone in the room with only two chairs.

Breakfast was good.the location is good.very convenient and near to other japanese restaurants.the staffs were so nice.

some others foreigners staying in the hotel can't read japanese kanji,hiragana,and katakana written to the washing machine, and don't know how to use the washing machine.

The breakfast was a surprise . They have a chef to make you fresh eggs and bacon . Also have few other choices for buffet style. The curry rice is good. They have a fresh rose in the room, very sweet. I love their desk area comes with USB charger. Very easy to charge my phone and iPad.

The room is very old. Not as neat as shown in the photo. But for one night with this price we are okay.

Nothing fancy but better than expected. The room is really big for japanese standard and the location is also good. Parking was quite easy and they also had a laundry machine (which we were not aware of before but was quite helpful).

Staff were extremely friendly and cooperative even with the language barrier. Great location. Loved the surrounding area

The bed and pillows were slightly uncomfortable. Nothing to serious but could have been better

It was a long walk from the JR station, totally my fault for not checking but otherwise the local train station is right outside.

Hotel staff is very kind and brought luggage to our room. There are vending machines, coin laundry, and manga available.

Room is a little dim.
