I was looking for a place close to Nabana no Sato and it seemed to me that this hotel should be close enough. The staff are extremely helpful and even though some of them are not fluent in English, they were using apps to make sure that we can communicate and I can get all the necessary information. Breakfast buffet is also great for a hotel of this size.

The rooms are a bit outdated but if you are looking for a place located 5 minutes from the train station (no noise in the room, though!) which is well-connected with Nagoya, give it a try.

I had a wonderful stay at this accommodation. The staff were all kind and helpful. The place is very close to the station. Convenience stores are close by. I was happy they have a selection of pillows that the customers may choose from to use for free.

There was a small tv inside the room but there were only very limited channels you can watch from. I hope they also have international channels for foreign guests.

The breakfast was quite good. The location was perfect for the Nagoshima Spa Land. Storing the luggage for a longer time was no probleｍ. Personal was very nice

Personal could barely speak Japanese. Double beds were really small, so that 2 persons could barely sleep in them. Rooms overall were quite small.

Loved the pillow bar! That was unique and I’m used to softer pillows in Canada, so it was nice to pick one that suited my comfort needs. The rooms were clean which is a big factor for me. The staff was incredibly friendly, area was clean and only a few minutes from the train!

Breakfast was delicious, staff was helpful and kind! :) pillow bar is amazing! Free coffee in the lobby and convenience store nearby for other goods. I always stay here when I want to visit Nagashima. Unfortunately, it rained this weekend and we couldn't enjoy the park.

The parking situation is terrible every time, since I always arrive late. Parking was 1800yen from 8pm to 9am at the sunfare building. The room was a little narrow for two people

Pillow bar and breakfast are always nice. Bed is comfortable enough. There was a charger for phones on the desk and free WiFi. They always offer coffee and amenities in the lobby. :) Breakfast was offered to go for people who couldn't sit down to eat (not enough space)

The room was incredibly hot, and also seemed smaller than the last time I stayed here. It might've been enough for one person, but for two it was a bit tight. We checked in late because we were visiting illumination at Nabana no Sato so there were no parking spots in the hotel lot. I realize this is to be expected, but it was annoying. Also, the line at breakfast was a bit long and I felt sorry for the woman working because it seemed she was the only one.

Great location, convenient if you are visiting nagashima spaland, good breakfast included and room was clean.

Very small rooms, no space almost but not a big issue if you stay just a few nights.

Breakfast was nice, staff was very friendly! Easy to commute to Nagashima Spa Land and many other destinations. Kuwana station is just across the street, very easy access to bus and train transportation. On the first floor, you can request additional items for your room by choosing a card and giving to the front counter staff. Also, there is coffee service in the morning and evening, so you can drink anytime. :)

Surrounding area closed up pretty early (maybe because of COVID) so not much to do after 7pm. Pillow was a little lumpy but I could have exchanged for another pillow type downstairs (I didn't see it until morning) :(

Although the breakfast was good for Japanese tastes, the eggs that day were the sweet tamago yaki. But the rest of the breakfast was good to very good, especially considering it was included in the price. Foreign citizens with permanent resident cards should expect to be asked for their card to be copied for hotel records.

The hotel is just in front of Kuwana Station. The buffet breakfast is very good.

It was noisy at night as we could hear the train and some Japanese men from outside the hotel talking.
