We enjoyed the breakfast spread very much, it was surprising as I was not expecting that it would be provided. The room was originally booked for one, but they were able to accommodate an additional traveler at a slight fee, which was great as the extra cost incurred from booking another hotel would’ve been way more costly. The room was also sufficiently cozy for two pax, and definitely very spacious for one. We were able to check in early and leave our luggage at the front desk too, which was helpful. Location was good, about 5 mins from 2-3 nearby bus stops. I also liked that there were USB ports available in the room.

Staff are all accomodating and nice. Room is clean. Breakfast is good. They always replace the towels which is very nice. Great stay.

Location. Far from downtown. Nearest convenient store is few minutes walk away from the hotel.

Friendly welcome with facilities as expected. Bakery products included in breakfast service so catering for western preferences. Found vey good udon and okonomiyaki restaurants close by.

Nothing to dislike but be aware that a bus, train or subway is needed to get to hotel from Kyoto station. The Bus is most convenient as there is a longer walk from the local station or subway.

The staff was very gentle, the room was clean and quite big to be a Japanese hotel. The price was very low to be in Kyoto. The also delivered my luggage to my next destination in Osaka for free.

The breakfast was a bit far from European taste. The hotel is pretty near to the station but quite far from every other interesting point in Kyoto

The room was very nice, spacious and quiet (we were at the end of the corridor). We love the asian breakfast, with a lot of different food offered (veggies, meat, fish, soup, rice, sweet pastries) Location is good, about 20 min by foot from Tokyo station, bus stop is really close.

The room was a bit spacious than other single room that I have tried in Tokyo and Osaka. It has got a large window so you can get the sunlight, though the view was to a car park.

The location was a bit far from the station. Actually it is near the bus stop but personally I prefer using train.

Clean room, staff was very very helpful and attentive. The quality of soap and amenities such as a toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, hairbrush and facial oils.
