・Hotel Route-Inn Miyako offers a delightful escape in the heart of nature. ・The hotel's location provides access to stunning coastal views and local attractions, making it a perfect base for exploring the area. ・For relaxation, the hotel's onsen (hot spring) is a must-try. It's the perfect way to unwind after a day of sightseeing.

・The hotel's location, while offering coastal views, is somewhat isolated, requiring guests to rely on taxis or rental cars for exploring the area. ・ Lack of Child-Friendly Amenities: Falls short when it comes to catering to families with children. Despite being advertised as family-friendly, the hotel failed to provide essential amenities for young guests or children's toiletries.Furthermore, the Route-Inn character book, a popular feature for children staying at the chain, was unavailable. This expectation created unnecessary inconvenience and disappointment for my son.

The ease of check in, room amenities, traditional Japanese fare for both breakfast and dinner etc. A special thanks to the lady who checked me in and provided me with a map of the area with hand drawn directions of the places I needed to go to.

It's a bit far off from facilities like convenience stores if using public transportation. However if the weather is good it makes for a brisk walk while soaking in the views.

Really enjoyed my stay here. Room was super comfy, had a mini fridge and bathroom. Onsen was really nice and usually not very crowded (even during golden week). Restaurant was really quite good and gave big portions. Even had beer vending machines. Location was also nice, close to jodogahama beach

Breakfast closed a little early. I think it was 9am. I missed it one morning because I slept in too late.

Had to settle for a smoking room, but my problem for booking at the last minute. Needed to ask for a couple more pillows but that's a gaijin thing.

Check in staff helpful. Breakfast is very good. Dinner is average. The free coffee in the lobby is great idea. Quality of things like toothbrush, razor , sponge is very good.

Dinner was not as good as other hotels. Long queue to get into dining room (15 minute wait)

I like the location as it is near to Jodogahama beach and yet at a very quiet corner. The breakfast and dinner are good - in both selection and quality.

I think if u don't drive it may be a bit inconvenient to access the local amenities.

The nice beach is located just next to the facility. Their breakfast is nice and the staff members are so kind and helpful.

If you don’t have a car, it might be difficult to go to the facility.

in house options for purchasing snacks and small items that might have been forgotten. easy to walk 15 minutes to the Lawson but after a long day would like to have more convenience in this regard. a small corner with snacks and items would be great

Nice accommodation just a bit outside of Miyako. If you travel by car, it's a good option to stay and explore the coastline of Iwate. All amenities you need, good breakfast, friendly staff.

Bed was comfortable, very good value for money.

Staff could’ve been a little bit friendlier, but it was very busy and I had good service anyway.
