The ease of check in, room amenities, traditional Japanese fare for both breakfast and dinner etc. A special thanks to the lady who checked me in and provided me with a map of the area with hand drawn directions of the places I needed to go to.

It's a bit far off from facilities like convenience stores if using public transportation. However if the weather is good it makes for a brisk walk while soaking in the views.

Really enjoyed my stay here. Room was super comfy, had a mini fridge and bathroom. Onsen was really nice and usually not very crowded (even during golden week). Restaurant was really quite good and gave big portions. Even had beer vending machines. Location was also nice, close to jodogahama beach

Breakfast closed a little early. I think it was 9am. I missed it one morning because I slept in too late.

Check in staff helpful. Breakfast is very good. Dinner is average. The free coffee in the lobby is great idea. Quality of things like toothbrush, razor , sponge is very good.

Dinner was not as good as other hotels. Long queue to get into dining room (15 minute wait)

easily accessible by car, easy parking, clean, great value, onsen, nice staff. restaurant is great value as well and convenient hours of operation.

in house options for purchasing snacks and small items that might have been forgotten. easy to walk 15 minutes to the Lawson but after a long day would like to have more convenience in this regard. a small corner with snacks and items would be great

I like the location as it is near to Jodogahama beach and yet at a very quiet corner. The breakfast and dinner are good - in both selection and quality.

I think if u don't drive it may be a bit inconvenient to access the local amenities.

Nice accommodation just a bit outside of Miyako. If you travel by car, it's a good option to stay and explore the coastline of Iwate. All amenities you need, good breakfast, friendly staff.

Miyako city is very quiet and the surrounding nature is very beautiful. Hotel Route in is perfect for business travel. It has a very nice public bath and the food isn't bad.

It would be nice if we could get some cereals and a few more options for vegetables at the breakfast buffet.

All the available amenities were awesome. The room was clean. The onsen was relaxing. The staff were very kind.

Nearest convenient store was almost 2km away. Paid dinner not available it seems.

Bed was comfortable, very good value for money.

Staff could’ve been a little bit friendlier, but it was very busy and I had good service anyway.

Amazing breakfast, location, very quiet in the rooms, nice TV, wi-fi, etc…

We were there on the busiest day ever. Staff did their best. Was a long wait for breakfast, and parking was crowded. Regular weekdays and weekends probably have no problems.
