Spacious for twin bed room. The room is very clean and new. Toilet and washing area are great! High tech with adapters provided.

It is just opposite Morioka station. However must locate the lift, if not have to drag luggage down the underground stairs to go over to the hotel. It will be great if there is instruction on how to locate the lift in the website!

A good location right opposite train station. Head out from the station towards the bus station you can see the hotel opposite. There is a busy road to cross but, fear not, there is an underpass to help you get to the hotel. Check in was good with an English speaking clerk. Our room was larger than I expected for a Japanese business hotel. It was clean and comfortable with a wifi which worked well. A bonus was the second floor lounge with free coffee and soft drinks. Also there is a 24 hour convenience store attached to the hotel. At check in we had been warned that the hotel was full and that breakfast would be busy, so we chose not to book it and get supplies for breakfast from the store. Good decision seeing the length of the queue the next morning. Despite the cold weather and the busy road our room was warm and quiet with an interesting view of the comings and goings at the railway and bus stations. The hotel proved more than adequate for an overnight stay.

I stayed 6 nights, having sole use of a semi double room. The hotel looks brand new. The room was large with a very comfortable queen sized bed, table and 2 proper chairs. Lovely decor. Even the entry halfway was wide! Across the road from the station. Exit B4 from the underground maze underneath the station bus stop area. Convenience store connected to the lobby. Drip coffee bags provided in the room. 4 washing/dryer combo machines on floor 7 with English instrtions. No noise either from outside or other rooms. The window could be opened for fresh air. Spotlessly clean.

The staff were eager to be helpful but all of them only spoke a few words of English. This made sending takkyubin to Haneda a little complicated. I thought the breakfast was expensive at 2300 yen per adult, in contrast to the very reasonable price of the room. (I had breakfast 3 times. ) There were full covid precautions at breakfast (gloves, perspex partitions, no serving utensils) and almost everything was offered in individual preprepared tiny portions. Some local specialties were included. I liked the local milk in 300ml glass bottles. Except for the bathroom, the only way to turn the room lights on and off was by a remote control. In the dark of night, a bedside switch would have been easier.

The location of the hotel is amazing; directly across from Morioka station. It is also close to lots of eateries and a mall as well. The room was very big (by Japan hotel standards). The lobby was also connected to a Lawsons, amazingly convenient!

The parking was very difficult to access unless you are on the correct side of the road. If you are coming from opposite the hotel, you can't turn into the road leading to the parking. You would have to go a big round to get on the same side as the hotel.

Location is good. A lot of restaurants and convenient stores nearby.

The staff said that there's compulsory in-room house keeping every 3 nights. Usually, I don't want to have house keeping because of eco friendly reason. And I don't want other people access my room during pandemic. There's no "privacy"/ "do not disturb" sign that I can put outside the room to ask hotel staff not to enter my room. The only thing I could do is to choose "no house keeping" through the TV but still, have staff entered my room....

Breakfast was delicious and a great chance to try local specialties. (But, I wish that there had been more choices for salad and more different kinds of fruit available.) The breakfast room became a very comfortable lounge for work after breakfast was over. Check in and check out were very efficient and friendly. My room was a comfortable size and very clean. The location, right next to the station couldn't have been more convenient. I also liked the fact that there was a convenience store connected to the lobby.

The location is great. The hotel and room were very clean. The staff when I checked in was very kind and helpful. They were able to walk me through getting my luggage sent to my next hotel. The free drink bar, lounge area, and attached convenience store were also nice.

The only thing I can think of is the lack of a dinner service but I usually go out for dinner and was able to try jajamen for the first time

The restaurant is too small for the hotel capacity. The system for room cleaning request should be much simpler. The present system takes much more time for a guest than the traditional one. Small room, with little space for clothes storage.

Due to super heavy snow, we changed our travel plan and booked the hotel in the last minute without much research. It turned out to be a super nice hotel. Check in was super quick. Our corner room has two beds plus sofa and is very spacious and super comfortable. The hotel is across the street from Morioka station. From our room we can see the station. The staff is very friendly too. The hotel has an open drink bar in the evenings where you can help yourself to tea/coffee and all kinds of juice/soda in the 2nd floor restaurant. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet which has many variety of Japanese and western choices. There is a convenient store on the first floor too.

Location is perfect. Drink bar is a nice addition thats included in the stay. Room was a good size and the price wasn't too much. The parking lot is very close and they give you a parking voucher of 900 yen. You have to pay a little out of pocket, but not much. More information about that is online. Great spot near the station, nightlife areas, restaurants and the river. River has some cool restaurants in shipping containers. Real nice city and hotel.
