The location was nice. Close enough to public transport and a (small) local beach. Super markets and conbinis are all around, as well as restaurants and bars. The next Donki is about 10 minutes away. The pool is nice, especially the view. On the other side of the roof you can watch the sunset. The bar has a happy hour with cheap drinks and otherwise the drinks aren't expensive either. Twice a day for 15 minutes there are soap bubbles in the lobby. This is quite a surprise if you have not read about it before. The 9th floor has a lounge with free drinks and snacks for guests staying on that floor. Beer and highball (Whisky soda) to draft yourself, wine in the cooler, and different kinds of Awamori are available, as well as different snacks (nuts, chocolate, rice snacks, ...). The rooms are quite big and clean. The beds are comfy, the fridge is cool, the staff is friendly. All in all a very pleasant stay. Our car was too tall for the parking garage but there was another parking lot right across the street with affordable parking (700 Yen for 24h).

I would have loved to have a fitness room.

Location very convenient, walking distance to train, port and main shopping street. We got triple room and this hotel had the best rate compared to the rest of the city. Breakfast delicious, staff very accommodating. Comfortable beds. We actually stayed here twice during same trip as we couldn’t find a better snd cheaper place. Bubbles in the lobby every eve is a fun touch for kids. Also complimentary drinks in lobby. Pool is also free but we didn’t use it. Overall Recommend

Triple room was very very small, barely space to move around for 3 people with suitcases. Close to police station so we heard sirens quite often and blinds in the room don’t really block out the light that good.

The Breakfast was great! Although could've been a bit more japanese. And also the lounge on the 9th floor was very nice. Location was good in downtown Naha with nearby access to puclic transport. Pool and the rooftop bar were really cool.

Rooms were quite small although I imagine that's everywhere in Japan. Also, if I had "Do not disturb" sign on my door they would still leave me a new towel and some accessories every day. But they never took away the old ones so by the end of my stay I had like 8 towels and 8 toothbrushes etc.

Perfect for a winter getaway!! Heated day pool & jacuzzi for all guests on the rooftop, withs sunbeds! Accessible at night for adults as well for 1000 jpy (you get 1 drink from the bar!). Breakfast is amazing! Welcome drink everyday. If you skip the room cleaning, you get towels, amenities and a 500jpy coupon. Staff was nice and welcoming, helpful for tourism recommendations. Hotel is very close to port, for islands day trips, and walking distance from the main steet. I spent a few days for New Year and had an amazing time :) I'll definitely come back if I get the chance.

The wifi during the day was good but very slow in the evenings/night. There's a nice tv in the room but I didn't find international channels or streaming service.

- Clean - Central and close to the harbour - We slept really well on the bed - Affordable during off-season

- Too many kids. Be aware that the noise level is very high during breakfast and in the hallways - It’s ok that the rooms are small, but we would have appreciated a table or something else to store luggage - We would recommend a time slot system for breakfast. We had to wait 20 minutes, which is unacceptable because we had booked a trip. Perhaps two slots, 7:00-9:00 and 9:00-11:00 and ask the guests to choose upon arrival - Please open the pool before 10:00. We were hoping to go for a swim before breakfast.

The hotel was nice. The staff was kind and dedicated. In the morning and afternoon it was possible to drink coffee and quality drinks in the hotel's dining room for free. The hotel is very close to the port from where the ferries leave for the islands, it is very convenient to get to the ferry from there, the distance is a 2 minute walk. The swimming pool is nice and cool.

I expected more because of all the pictures and reviews. The room was quite small. The hotel is quite far from the main street and the citadel of Naha. But close to the port, so the question is what do you need.

The year round pool is great. Even though we stay in December, warm water pool is enough to enjoy it when it is 20 Celsius degrees. The view is also awesome. All the staff were so kind and make us feel very happy to stay there. The lounge area (executive room) was really worth it, and the room was very spacious. Breakfast was great, I felt like I was in a very expensive restaurant with high quality food

Breakfast was great, I felt like I was in a very expensive restaurant with high quality food. If you are a foreigner you probably will love it. I am a foreigner too, but I live in Japan for a while, so I’m used to a Japanese style breakfast, that’s why I’m writing here, because I missed some japanese tradicional food. But that was not a bad thing to me, just a point to improve this service. Another thing it’s not the best is the automatic parking, where it can park only one car each time, So if you intent to go out some times in a day, be warned it can take some extra time. The good thing of this parking method was the staff who operates the machine, he’s very kind and helpful, making the wait time not a stress at all.

-The hotel it’s very close to Tomari port (3 min walk) and close to monorail station (10 min walk) Close to kokusai door (15 min walk). -Pool on the 10th floor was very cool with all the lights and the beautiful sunset. Staff on the 10th floor was kind and smiling all the time. (Not the staff on the front desk who were cold and not very helpful). -Clean room -Free drink (from 15:00 until 18:00) -You can eat your own food on the lobby’s tables.

-In the very small room there was NO closet or any place to put your clothes.. so your room will be very messy..Small room. -The pajamas aren’t comfortable at all. Better to bring your own. Also bed was not very comfortable. -The room it’s cold at night .. you can’t change the temperature -They didn’t have any vegan options or menu for people with allergy because they have buffet. But In any case they didn’t even try to arrange something like they do in Tokyo or in other part of the world. Like pasta with tomato it’s vegan! We are in 2023 cmon, wake up!

We stayed on the 9th floor which had access to free beer/wine/coffee and snacks. We felt this was really valuable and enjoyed having access to these amenities. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal. So much variety! The roof pool came in handy because it was so hot and humid when we were in Okinawa. It was really nice to be able to take a break at the pool.

It seems to be a common issue with all the hotel laundry rooms around Japan, but I would definitely suggest upgrading the laundry room. The hotel could use bigger, more efficient machines, and many more of them. There was some pretty stiff competition for those machines. And the dryers took forever to dry the clothes.

Really great hotel! 15 minutes walk to Kokusai Dori shopping street. The hotel is really beautiful and has modern facilities. Each there there was a bubble display that was really fun especially for kids. The pool was great and the staff were amazing. Breakfast is Italian style and really delicious.

The prices of the drinks at the bar were a bit expensive but the quality of the mixed drinks were really good. Happy hour while fun, only applied to certain drinks like beer and sours.
