Great place for kids. Right on the beach front. The half board option was fantastic and there was a large variety of food to choose from. Location was very good and not far from many attractions. I could swim with tattoos no issue but not the onsen ( I'm ok with that I expect it in Japan) We would return again for sure.

It was a little outdated as far as decor in the rooms but that doesn't mean it wasn't nice.

The location is good for the price. It's walking or cycling distance from a lot of place. The free activities like the Okinawa music and dance really added a lot. Check in and check out were surprisingly efficient. Breakfast was better than expected with some Okinawa popular dishes, like Taco-rice and Fruit Punch, on the menu.

Paying extra for the gym and only opening it from 9am is just weird. I ended up not being able to fit it into my schedule. The sinks need some sealant around the rim as a bug had hidden away in there and was difficult to get out.

We really enjoyed the stay. Nice beach, delicious food. A lot of attractions inside and outside the hotel, we used marine walk and parasailing. Amazing ocean view, but also nice view on mountain on the other side of hotel. Big parking, it is good to travel by car. The hotel is located in quiet area, but also close by car to attractions like aquarium with amazing whale share or pineapple park.

Greeting person, although was very kind, but was not able to answer simple questions like "where is restaurant in the hotel", also some staff not speaking English which sometimes was a little complicated. I also didn't like that simple equipment on swimming poo like swimming boards, balls, was additional charge.

Good Location. Parking is right in front of the resort. Staff were helpful and polite. Free welcome drink coupons and free breakfast buffet (which you can substitute to lunch buffet if you missed the AM), indoor pool was a hit for the littles it is heated and just perfect temperature. You can rent out everything here, very convenient. Our Room was big as we got a deluxe room and we got an awesome view of the beach. You can do fireworks by the beach area which was the highlight of our trip.

WIFI. For some reason where our room was couldn’t reach the wifi. I had to go to the lobby area or at the restaurants to be able to use the internet. I have a portable wifi with me and it didn’t have any signals at all. Since it’s an older hotel, you can tell the wear and tears but we obviously had a great time in this hotel.

The room facing the beach had a great view, with a nice balcony. The bed was comfortable. The all you can eat BBQ on the beach was great. Liked the pools and beach.

Parts of the hotel need updating, and brightening up. The bathroom near the pool, for example, needed some repairs.The breakfast was a typical Japanese "western buffet", which was good, but I would have preferred more well cooked eggs. In addition, the number of fees to rent things and all the "coupons" made it confusing and bothersome. ( for example, a coupon for the use of a towel every time to swim)

Breakfast - both Western and Japanese ones were great but the Japanese one was particularly exceptional. I loved the Ikura/Tuna/Salmon donburi and Okinawa food -absolutely amazing!

The Japanese restaurant for the breakfast was totally full on our last day and the waiting time would be 30min which could not be waited for due to our departure time, and that was really a dissappointment as we loved the food there so much! The Western one had many seats available so we ended up eating there. Wouldn't it be possible to serve the same food in both venues?

It was amazing, and one of the most memorable trip being with Rizzan sea par hotel, they can make your stay more comfortable. The reception people were all so nice, especially Ms William a foreign lady staff at the reception desk, who was very warmhearted, calm, helpful and welcoming to guests, listens to your point of view carefully for your stay at hotel, and provided the best possible solution. BTW, my ebike got mistakenly locked somewhere 3km away from the Rizzan Sea Park Hotel. Upon informing the hotel desk, they sent a Japanese staff member of the hotel (named kyyuu, sorry if name is wrongly spelled) to the point where my ebike was locked she helped me unlock the ebike and i move on to enjoy my cycling, exploring the seaside views of the okinawa. Thats was very impressive and heart-touching. And yeah the ebike belongs to the hotel so they didnt charged me for using ebike 6*2=12 hours, also they even sincerely apologised to me for the trouble caused, makes me waiting there for 30 mins. The evening stage performance, the breakfast, the lunch and the dinner, all do have lovely food, anyfood from A-Z, you could seek for will be found over there. I had many good stories and Super lovely adventures being with best services from rizzan sea park hotel, i would like to express them all, but time and words are not enough for them, i would love to stay with them again if ever get a chance to travel okinawa again

It’s a nice resort for families. Heated indoor pool, outdoor pool and beach area. The resort itself is old but I liked how spacious the room was. The breakfast, towel and water service was all convenient and easy. We went out to dinner at a restaurant and got caught out during a busy time and couldn’t get a taxi back to the resort. We opted to wait for the bus, but the resort found out from the restaurant and sent someone to pick us up. such great staff. We had a toddler with us so it was so helpful.

It located in a part of Okinawa that isn’t easy to get around without a car. However there was enough around for a few days. Some aspects of the resort are a little worn down but otherwise it’s a lovely resort.

Even though the hotel has that old smell to it, nothing can beat the location. Right on the beach, the hotel itself provides a lot of water activities and its recommended to prebook during busy seasons like Golden week. Their breakfast and lunch buffet were excellent. Lots of buffet options for dinner as well, but less ala carte options. Has good indoor and outdoor pools. The hotel itself is quite huge. They have lots of shops within and play areas for kids, gaming zone etc.

Lighting in the room can be improved

Clean rooms, spacious, good light and nice balcony with chairs so you can relax, quiet even if the hotel was very busy. Nice staff, good variety for breakfast, many activities for kids - a playground near the pool that kids loved and a few others in the hotel (some open until 9pm), painting and frame decorating activities at additional cost, great indoor pool with warm water and also providing arm floats for free, rental of ball to play in the pool for 100 yen and additional towels at 200 yen each. I thought it’s a very good value for money and there is also a spa and a relaxation area with Thai massage, etc to get pampered. A gym is also open and there was a room for electronic games open from 9am to midnight. Also, a few restaurants within walking distance from the hotel if you feel like to want to try something else. Nice beach with beach beds and umbrellas at additional cost, as well as many marine activities. Nice souvenir shops and a convenience store. There are 2 rooms per floor with 2 washing machines (200 yen for usage) and 2 dryers (100 yen for 30min) which were very convenient.

The hotel is not new and was afraid the rooms would be shabby, but it’s very well maintained and perhaps even renovated. The doors are still old style with a key and we could not hehe 2 keys for the room, which was a bit inconvenient. Otherwise everything was good. I wish we had a room with ocean view!
