The breakfast and dinner buffets had a wide range of varieties of delicious food and staff at the restaurants were very friendly. We stayed for 3 days and they introduced a new dish for dinner on each day. The open-air onsen was wonderful. For the daily use of onsen and 2 meals a day, I think it’s value for money.

I booked the Japanese-styled twin room with river view. It was close to what was depicted in the photos on the website, the view was great. It looked a bit older than expected though. The wifi was slow on some days.

The breakfast and dinner were superb. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom very nice with a good private spa pool. The public bath was also very good with the "medicine" water very nice. The next time I visit, I would splurge on a bigger room.

I booked a one night stay only, should have stayed a little longer. It was such a nice hotel.

The staff is very helpful, they even clean our suitcases for us, which were a bit dirty from the snow outside. The food is great, the dinner buffet has a large variety of food. The room is very spacious and well decorated. The in-room onsen is great, but not big enough to fit in 2 people at the same time.

I am not very comfortable with the bathroom, which has a glass wall and door facing outdoor.

The onsens are great, especially the outdoors', with one that has water massage features. Buffer dinner has a big variety to choose from. The foot bath area is also a must visit spot, especially in summer.

The hot spring colour is not brown as advertised.

This hotel offered very good dinner and breakfast buffet. In particular, dinner buffet was highly evaluated and gave us good impression. Also, spa was spacious and well-equipped.

The room was small compared to other hotels (we stayed 8 nights for last July in Hokkaido), but no problem up to 4 persons.

Beautiful onsen with excellent dinner and breakfast. We also had a couples massage which was also very good. The staff were exceptionally kind, and the Japanese-style room with private onsen was a trip highlight. Would come again in a heartbeat.

There was an exceptional worker at the front desk. Her name was Miyo Goshima, she was extremely helpful and cheerful. I wish more resorts had people like her. The in room Onsen bath was excellent as with the rest of the room. The room was really peaceful and relaxing. The meals and buffet were one of the best in Japan.

Customer service is very good. I had a problem of changing dates from booking.com. They responded to my inquiries very quickly. The bridge view from rooms are very nice.

The private onsen for the family. Food was buffet style and variety was good. Beds were tatami style and comfortable.

While food variety was good, it was the same for all the days we stayed.
