Villa with good view on the beach. Confy room, luxurious shared facilities (living room, kitchen, toilets). Good self-service breakfast for 500 yen. The location is pretty good, since it is close to a bus station which allows you to go to the main port (Ryotsu) and to visit the golden mines and Ogi/Shukunegi without transfer. Near the villa there are several good dining options.

This place is heaven. Absolutely beautiful, amazing location, great people . I travelled together with my 3yrs old son and everything was just perfect. We planned to stay 3 nights but eventually stayed 7. The owner and the staff were amazing. They really made us feel like we are among friends and family. Thank you for that. I hope it was not our last time in Sado and this beautiful place.

-2nd visit in 3 months, a nice and comfort place to stay, supreme bay view and early summer weather is just so great -met a nice young lady staff, seriously took care of our request and super helpful -freely to use the kitchen -500 yen for an easy self-cooking breakfast with bread, sausage, coffee, fruits, cereal and apple juice: happy man.

I really loved the view and the staff was amazing too with many tips both regarding dining and sights.

The sounds from the living room can easily be heard from your bedroom, not a big issue but I would recommend to use earplugs if you are a light sleeper.

This a beautiful villa, beautiful design and comfort

Although it is written in the description, it was a surprise for us that this is actually a guest house where kitchen, toilets and bathroom are all shared. However, the other guests were so nice and we enjoyed the place very much.

It was beautifully fitted out with lovely sitting areas to enjoy the view. The rooms were spacious and the amenities great.

The building is immaculate, and the staff are some of the best in japan.

Getting to the villa was a little difficult, but I should have rented a car.

Superb interior design in rooms and generally. Common area is spacious with fine view of the sea. Great location for seeing best parts of Sado Island.
