The staff of this hotel was very well trained, so I felt very comfortable staying this hotel. Under the hotel, there was a market. It was very convenient to get my food and souvenir for my family and friends.

I stayed this hotel with breakfast. However, the BF menu was mainly Japanese cuisine, so I did not have much choices for my BF. It was a little disappointment!

I got free breakfast! The buffet is really nice but I only with it stayed open a little bit longer for those travelers who are getting used to the sleep schedule. The bed was very comfortable and I had a nice view from my window. The style and decor of the hotel is a little 90s but it's still a good option if you're staying in the city. I was only there one night but I'm really glad I chose it. I did like that they had a 24 hour lobby for those who go back to their room late. Also the room was a lot larger than I expected it to be!

I can't say I really disliked anything.

The location is extremely convenient. There is a bus direct from Haneda, it is connected to the subway station, and there are several decent restaurants in the connecting mall. You really never have to leave.

The bed and pillows were fairly uncomfortable but pretty typical for Japan standards

Of the 6 hotels I stayed in, this one was by far the best and ironically one of the best values. I received a top floor with great views of Sagamiono. Breakfast was included, and it was excellent with plenty of choices and lots of food. The staff was quite helpful. The room was by far the largest of the 6 I have stayed in AND it had a closet and drawers! A luxury for a Japanese hotel. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Furthermore, the hotel is located right in the train station with several department stores and a myriad of restaurants right in the same building or connected to Sagamiono Square.

This was a great hotel. You cannot go wrong staying here.

After I came back from outside and opened my room door, I smelled something very strange odor. It looked like smoking or mold.

The breakfast that I paid wasn’t all that great it was the same food everyday which got boating cuz we stayed there for 6 days. Maybe the meats need to change up every other day so it’s interesting.

Its in a mall area and there were people with a megaphone talking outside for a portion of the day and night.

An excellent option in a strategic location for travel in and between Kanagawa and Tokyo. Room functional and impeccably clean. A friendly smile at check-in, helping the guest to feel welcome.

The breakfast is becoming a bit less interesting every time. The breakfast staff is less welcoming than the reception staff.

A bit far from most central places in the city, but very convenient access to train station and warm and lovely area.

It would be nice if there was a in house coffee shop open 24hrs on the property. Why is there a discount only for adults meal and not for the children.
