Nice sized room (4x single beds), clean and well furnished room. The hotel onsen was excellent and staff were helpful, overall we had a great stay. If you are relying on public transport it is a bit difficult to access this hotel by rail so I would double check this before booking if you don't have a car. We got rail to closest station (3km away) and got taxi (1100yen) to hotel. There is a local bus which gets you to the hotel but for some reason it didn't come up on Google maps. Airport bus stops right out the front of hotel so accessing New Chitose is easy!

New rooms, bigger room. Very comfort pillows. Excellent onsen sauna.

Free usage of their public bath. They give out free robes, towels, and daily toiletries in a bag so you just have to bring that bag when you go to public bath. Lobby is huge and has plenty of space for lounging. Vending machines are scattered around multiple floors. Lots of helpful information in the television, which you can change the language. Near a second street outlet which also sells outdoor sports equipment

Location. They may have a free public shuttle from/to APA Hotel Susukino but it starts late in the afternoon. Also, you need to get a ticket voucher for the shuttle in the hotel lobby, at most an hour before you get into the shuttle. Problem with this is that shuttle vouchers easily get sold out so you really have to be early if you want to use the shuttle. Public transportation from/to hotel is a bit of a hassle because you need to take a bus from/to Makomanai Station. There’s also supposed to be a direct bus from Sapporo station but I wasn’t able to find the correct bus stop location

An amazing hotel, clean and beautiful, with a nice onsen. The breakfast buffet offered a simply incredible choice of dishes, I would have had to go to multiple restaurants to try all of those foods. At the price of around $35, the room was quite affordable as well.

The only downside is the location. It's easy to get to the Jōzankei hot springs area by bus, which is a great day trip even if you don't want to use the onsen. There is a lot to see there - I recommend to visit the Hoheikyo dam as well as the (free) illumination tour of the Jozankeifutami park. It's simply incredible. But to get to Sapporo is a bit harder. You can use a bus, however that is not in Google Maps and can be confusing. The train station is around 40 mins away by foot.

We paid around USD$70 for a night stay with breakfast for a Twin Room in early Oct. It was a steal considering the Facilities and Good breakfast provided. Room wass clean with comfy beds and toiletries provided for. The Bidet was a bit different from other places in Hokkaido so could not figure out how to use it. Onsen has both the indoor and open-air and the settings are calming and relaxing. One of the best I have been to. Breakfast varieties and quality was good. Dishes were mainly Japanese as the guest are mainly Koreans and Local tourist. For bread, other than butter rolls and toast, there wasn't any pastries. There were some small cakes for desserts. There's a huge stand-alone Nitori store nearby which we visited after dinner at Hakodate isaribi Sushi place. A huge Supermarket, family restaurant and Jotetsu bus Booth was also within walking distance. Having the Jotetsu booth nearby was a plus coz we could get our tickets there and the bus stops right outside. The lady at the counter gave us the bus timing and told us to wait for Bus No. 7 bound for Jozankei Onsen. We did not have to travel to Makomanai Station after all. We took the Hokuto Airport Limo bus from New Chitose airport and this Hotel is the last stop so getting here was a breeze. It is a little more than an hour and cost 1100 yen one way. I read from the reviews that the Hotel has free shuttles to Susukino in the evenings but we did not use that as we only stayed a night and headed for Jozankei the following day. It was a pleasant 1 night stay and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again if I visit Hokkaido!

Toilet has a strong unpleasant smell that didn't go away. Should have request for room change but didn't want the hassle as we only stay a night.

This is my 4th time here. hotel is big room is quite small . location is suitable for one who travel with their own car. plenty of parking space and free of charge .a price is great . onsen is nice include outdoor zone. i'll come again next time . breakfast is fine compare to it's price

one thing i dont like but i think it cant do anything is the windows cant be opened . i need some fresh air in winter and the vent is not big enough .

The food was delicious with lots of variety. The onsen was very nice. The room was spacious and comfy. The staff was friendly. The room and bathroom were clean.

My room number wasn't on my room key card, so I forgot what room I was in. Haha. It is inconvenient to get to by bus or subway. There is a shuttle bus, but it doesn't start running until 4pm, but checkout is 10am.

Clean rooms, excellent spa with indoor and outdoor onsens, sauna, and cold bath.

The hotel staff were helpful to us as tourists, even though this appears to be a hotel for Japanese business. There was some difficulty with communication but we managed using Google translate. It was difficult to book a massage at the spa as it was not available the night we stayed at the hotel. We had some difficulty finding space to park.

Clean room, room size is okay. the public baths are big. there is a tax-free shop within the hotel! The prices are very reasonable. Free parking space with enough capacity. There are plenty of malls and restaurants nearby.

The room condition is tired (but clean). the location of the hotel is pretty far away from the centre (30min drive). Only a good place for the traveller who has a car. The facilities are aged and need a renovation.

The free and beautiful onsen that is indoors and outdoors with sauna. They even offer 2 free tattoo covers and sell additional for 100yen each piece. The hotel room was a nice size.

Not too close to station, but the bus stop is near by, and there is a special bus that takes you to and from the airport right in front of hotel lobby.
