The staff are nice and helpful, they explained a lot about Huis Ten Bosch upon check in. The staff always press the elevator for you when you come back. There is no need to book for breakfast at the time of hotel reservation so I can choose which day to take the breakfast. It is so close to Huis Ten Bosch so you can stay there till very late to enjoy the light show. Car park is close to hotel.

Bathroom faucets are a little bit out of date. The breakfast is a bit expensive and food type is not too surprising.

The hotel is very old, and worn down. The room was decent but old. The staff were super nice and helpful. The location was near the Huis Ten Bosch entrance but I think if we visit again we would book the hotel inside the park such as the Waterfront hotel, which was even cheaper.

Location of hotel is next to the main entrance of Huis Ten Bosch. We can park our car at hotel once we arrived. We pay 1000 yen for parking fee and we can take our car out at next dat when we check out. We can enjoy in Huis Ten bosch until closed time and walk back to our hotel. The room is good. The breakfast at restaurant was great.

The maintenance of the hotel is the best and the room is extremely clean and tidy. Hotel staff are extremely friendly and kind to tell you interesting places to visit. The best of the hotel is its position that you can use the VIP access gate & room card to enter the park without quelling with members of the public(provided that you have already bought the ticket of the park).

Hotel facilities were reasonably good and the entrance to Huis Ten Bosch was very convenient.

Very disappointed with reception, We have difficulty in convincing the hotel staff that.the booking was for 2 people per room but they insisted that it was only one person per room. Would appreciate Booking.com.to look into this.

Great location, paid parking, the room had a good amount of space.

A cheaper breakfast option would have been nice. Not being able to control the temperature in the room was inconvenient. We could either have the heat on or off and when we turned it on, it sometimes turned back on a few hours later.

Was happy to be able to book a triple room. The room wasn't extremely big but had just enough space for 3 of us and our luggage. The room was clean. Location of hotel is good, near to park. Breakfast was good.

Found the price a bit on the high side.

The breakfast is superb! I also like the special gate to the theme park for easy access to hotel and re-entry to park.will definitely be back here together with our kids next time.
