Wonderful location! Very close to Oshiage Station which can connect you to many popular tourist spots, including Skytree which you will have right next door to you. At night, it’s a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood, so your sleep won’t be disturbed. The room is great for families and provides a kitchen with cookware. There are 3 or 4 convenience stores nearby, one of which serves more as a grocery store so you can buy some ingredients for breakfast in the morning. Staff is very communicative, helpful, and speaks some English. I’d love to stay here again!

The two steps to the living area/kitchen are very steep. Not a problem for my family, but if you have kids or older company, be aware for their safety!

We loved the size of the room. We were a family of 4, and it was spacious enough for us. 2 kids stayed in one room with 2 separate beds, and the masters had all the kitchen amenities needed. Beds were comfortable, and all appliances were working. They replaced our towels on the 3rd day. We also liked the big trash can in the room. Place was extremely efficient, digital locks and fast wifi. The location was perfect for us. 5 minute walk to the nearest station and 3 to the nearest Family Mart. There's a yummy ramen store, YOKOHAMA IEKE, that was really good. Tokyo Skytree was also a stones throw away from the hotel.

There's no daily cleaning of the room. And for improvement, a full length mirror could be added to the room. Refills for coffee and maybe laundry soap would be a good plus.

The staffs are very responsive and helpful (either through apps or direct chat), location is within comfortable walking distance from the train station (even for those with 8 year old child like us), easy check in (and out) process, decent and very clean room facilities, quite complete cooking utensils as well.

The access in front of room door is very tight (so if you’re a party of 3 or more, you have to be extra careful by not standing in front of the door across your room) and you can only hang your laundry inside your room with no specific drying room or machine (if you do any laundry).

The hotel is really close to the Skytree and the train/metro stations, conbini are just around the corner as well. We had enough space for 5 people and the owner was very friendly, he explained everything when we checked in and we didn't have to checkout we just closed the door and left.

Toilet was clogged, it took a few minutes before it could be used again what isn't ideal if it's the only toilet available for 5 people, but there's a toilet downstair if it's required.

Strategic location (near Oshiage Station - Sky Tree). Clean. Enough space in rooms (for 5 person). Close to conveniece store (Family Mart and 7 Eleven).

Main concern in this hotel was how they handled the payment. We paid directly in the hotel, but they did not provide EDC (electronic data capture) to accommodate payment with CC. They did not accept cash, so the only way to pay was by CC. They asked us to put our card information in the hotel application (include CVV). Booking.com should put more concern about this. Customer payment security.

Comfortable and clean place with complete facilities. Everything was working well, there was a bathtub, clean towels and bedsheets. Nice view of the skytree from the bed. The location was near Oshiage station and the skytree which had plenty attractions and things to do. There were many convenience stores nearby and lots of places to eat and choice of food. The location is a little far from everything else therefore travel times to other places were long and more pricey, but because of that it is a quiet neighbourhood suitable for families with small children and didn't feel unsafe at all. The hosts were friendly and accommodating. There was a bar serving drinks and food in the same building which we didn't get a chance to try but seems a convenient option for meals too.

Excellent location, everything can be access thanks to the proximity to the A line subway station about 3 walking minutes away. Rooms have great minimalist interior with beautiful exposed concrete walls. Rooms have all facilities that are needed (washing machine, microwave, fridge, stove, kitchen utensils). Especially the service was outstanding, always available, super helpful with all of our questions and supportive for our requests, all of that in perfect English. Thanks a lot to Kenzo!! Strongly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to visit Tokyo.

Room 202 Everything is fine, except the mold. Staff very kind and nice.

There is a whole patch black mold on the bathroom door, and the ventilation fan doesn’t work that well, bathroom very slippery after showering, even window is open, it’s a bit risky moving out from bathtub, it needs to have some anti-slip. The kitchen faucet was broken, the tape looks like doesn’t fix the problem, water still splashes everywhere.

The location was amazing - we really loved being so close to Skytree and Asakusa. We found a great little ramen place around the corner as well as all the places to eat at Skytree, and there were plenty of convenience stores as well as a bigger supermarket selling a good selection of fresh fruit and veggies. The apartment itself was very funky and had plenty of space for a family of 4 - not easy to find in Japan!

The bathroom was a little damp but this is probably to be expected with a wet room style bathroom.
