This was easily my most favorite hotel experience I’ve ever had. Everything was absolutely perfect about this hotel. The location was quiet, safe and offered a lot. The breakfast and service every morning was well worth it and made us feel so welcome and good. The staff was so friendly and helpful despite me not knowing any Japanese. The bathroom, was the main reason we got the room and it was beyond worth it. 100% would stay here again and gladly!

I’m struggling to find anything wrong with this place. Everything was great here. We even felt earthquakes while there and while I could feel the rolling motions the room itself made me feel safe as nothing was swinging wildly or dangerously.

The room was exactly laid out exactly like pictured, but so much bigger in person. The beds were soft and extreme comfortable. The bath was very deep, and long enough for me to stretch my legs out (I am 6') and the bath salts were great for relaxing after a long day of walking around Tokyo. The amenities were excellent. Really good quality, and very plentiful. It was also really convenient to be able to request more through the tablet. The location was really convenient as well. The closest station is only a few minutes away, there's a Lawson's and a Family Mart just across the street, and there's tons of great restaurants in the area. We usually got back to the hotel too late to try the on site restaurants, but the menus looked great.

It was advertised as 1 king bed, but was actually 2 twin beds, made up separately.

This was probably the cleanest place we've ever stayed! The staff took care of the smallest details: we were given robes, nightwear, slippers, toothbrushes, bath products, a razor... the list goes on. What's more, the cosmetics and cleaning products were of the highest quality. I regret that we don't have such at home :) The room was cleaned perfectly every day. Not to mention the legendary Japanese toilet 🙂

The skM Hotel was wonderful, the staff were extremely delightful always willing to help. The breakfast was really interesting and good. The accommodation was extremely spacious, very comfortable beds, clean. We were upgraded and had a wonderful spa bath as well. The hotel has an excellent vibe. It is close to the train station. Overall we would rate this hotel very highly... will definitely stay again.

Was tricky to find initially but good location and easy walk to sky tower . Needs better lighting in hallways as very dark and a step up to get to rooms . Also perhaps some assistance getting tv onto English we couldn’t watch anything and could not figure out how to change to English .

SlM Hotel is the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The spacious rooms, impeccable cleanliness, incredibly comfortable mattresses, and attention to detail in service are unmatched. The housekeeping staff even took the initiative to organize our belongings from large to small, which was an unexpected but delightful touch.

Located near to a train station and only 1 stop away from Tokyo Skytree. Lots of amenities nearby within walking distance. The room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. There was a faint cigarette smell which went away after I turned on the air purifier.

It was a little pricey and some parts were a little dark like along the corridors.

I stayed at 4 different hotel while in Japan . Skm hotel has the best and fastest Wifi .. up to 400 mbps . I love the neighborhood very lively , walking distance to train station , surrounded by shopping arcade and restaurant . 24 hours supermarket also very near . The bathroom and the amenities superb . Small building but very High standart hotel . Recommended

The breakfast was the only thing that let this lovely hotel down. I ended up forfeiting my last 3 days. The staff were lovely and couldn't do enough. Just a little bit out of the way, or perhaps I didn't explore the area well enough.

Not much, just the price which was supposed to be the cheapest or matched, yet I saw it 80 AUD cheaper on other websites which left a very bad taste. Overall, a lovely hotel with great service. I would definitely recommend it to other traveller's.

The interior was really good, especially the budget double room, as it was really big. The bathtub and shower were extremely nice and there is no lack of amenities. Staff members were very kind and considerate. Room service and housekeeping were both excellent
