The location was simply amazing and our room was great, but was made even more exceptional due to the view of the rocks and water. It was our favorite hotel on our vacation to Japan and Hong Kong (we stayed in 6 different hotels). One of our favorite parts of our stay was your employee Nonaka. Her personality was amazing and she was so sweet and helpful. She was so awesome that we asked her to take a picture with us because she was an important part to our trip to Japan.

Nicest room I’ve ever stayed in. Also the hotel is located right across from the Hashigui rocks which I took tons of photos of. The build of the structure is also super strong, and even though we were on the coast during a hurricane, I couldn’t even hear the wind and rain outside and felt very safe. I also liked the kitchen and mini-store? that was available. The BEST part of this stay, was the staff. The staff were amazing and truly kind people. During the crises that my friend and I were stuck in, a staff member helped us greatly when all the transportation lines were shut down. If you are interested in going to this area, I couldn’t recommend this place more.

If I’m going to be picky, no conditioner. Besides that, absolutely amazing.

The cleanliness of course. And the tea provided at lobby was really a great experience for the stay. The peacefulness of the property and area. It was a really nice costal town.

The location is far from any train station. Either you walk north to JR Kii-Hime station or you walk south to JR Kushimoto station. Either way, it was not really a near walk, but we enjoyed the slow walking in a very peaceful costal town.

Everything. We really didn’t regret our decision at all to spend a night in the peaceful coastal town of Kushimoto with this hotel. We booked a room overlooking the majestic Hashiguiwa rocks and enjoyed the sunrise through the window in the early morning. Warm hospitality by the reception crew. Amazing service. Comfortable lobby. Bedroom has a modern and stylish look. They also separate the toilet space and bathing room which is nice.

The beautiful décor and layout of the room. You could separate bathroom from bedroom with a sliding door. The room was very big and the bed huge. The highlight was the view of the sea and the rock. The staff was very attentive and accommodating. They fulfilled all requests quickly and without asking.

It´s not easy to access if you´re not driving but still possible. Few options to get food in or around hotel. Would have been great to have a shuttle to/from main train station.

Easy drive from JR Kushimoto or JR Kii-Katsuura stations. Stunning sunset and sunrise views of the monumental rock formations on the beach. Easy short drive to supermarkets and dinner joints in Kushimoto town.

Entrance to car park somewhat hidden from main road. No grilled seafood joints open nearby for dinner. Need to rent a car for easier access.

The hotel is great and our room was amazing with views across to the water and rocks. The hotel staff were so lovely and we were very warmly welcomed at check in.

The location and shower was wonderful

I tried to extend and the language barrier proved to be challenging but none the less it was an excellent stay. Staying an a Saturday night was more expensive then the two previous days there.
