The hotel is located in a nice and quiet part of the town, room/bed were with a good size, good view to the pool. Personnel were extremely polite and friendly (Please send my kind regards to Jackson and Kenneth! I believe the first one already became a daddy. :)). I have a lot of friends in Eldoret and will be coming back again many times in future. I believe this will be the only place I'd stay in. Kudos guys!

No idea if there was some temporary issue with the Internet while I stayed in the hotel, but it was slow! It appears they made a lot of efforts to improve the Internet connectivity in the facilities, because there are several WiFi access points. For instance, you can use "WiFi_1" in the restaurant, but in the rooms "WiFi_2" is better. And still... it was slow. :) Also, service in the restaurant can be a bit faster.

Friendly and helpful staff is a 9. Common facilities have had much effort and expense put into them and are an 8. The rooms themselves are a 7 and underwhelming compared to the common areas. An overall higher quality hotel for the area but can be pricey. Food was very good overall and a decent value. Hot breakfast buffet at 1500 kes a good value if hungry. Good gym included with steam, sauna, and hot tub. Good security and in room safes.

The beds could be more comfortable. There are some minor finish and maintenance issues in the rooms. Be aware clothes cleaning service is extremely high priced.

The toiletries, shampoo and shower gel, are embarrassing for a hotel of this range. Bottles with lower standard products and a sticker with "shampoo" written on it. Service was also below standards, food took an hour to reach and you need to get up and look for waiters if you need anything.

Best location, good value for your money, staff were extremely friendly and professional, tidy throughout overall sky is the limit with Boma Inn Eldoret.

Mattress could be made a little bit more comfortable because sleep on a comfortable bed and mattress is very important.

The hospitality was very good and so was the food. Like most places in east africa, the food prices are very reasonable. I would would highly recommend it if you're staying in eldoret.

They didn't have air conditioning but the weather was perfect, so I wasn't miserable. Also there was a fan in the room. I was able to open the windows but it let in a few mosquitoes. The power in one of the circuits in the room kept tripping so maintenance made 2 room calls as it is an older property.

Very accommodating for a family with a small kids, we got two rooms that are linked to each other from inside because of our babies

The courteous staff. Comfy bed. Quiet room. Clean bedding in an assuring way.

Broken light at the head of the bed. Slimy bathroom floor. I almost fell. Shower gel pump not working 😕 Juice was tasteless....this time I was disappointed

The property was very clean. The access to a gym, pool and sauna was definitely a plus. Looks exactly like the pictures.

It was perfect for our stay!

The staff were so lovely , patient, attentive and friendly , they all went above and beyond. The whole hotel was also super clean and well maintained , the beds were so comfortable and the showers amazing.
