The room is clean. The location is nice and quiet. The breakfast was good. The staff is very friendly. There is a swimming pool, although I couldn't use it.

There is a bit of a chaos with the bookings at the reception as they do not get the latest updates. The room was a bit hot and there's no air conditioning. Opening the windows lets some mosquitoes in but the room was cool and comfortable quickly.

This is a true gem in Meru, first time in Meru and it was such a warm and pleasant experience. The staff are absolutely professional and friendly. Very well trained and handled our family like we were the only guests in the hotel. They are very attentive to details. We even managed to score an upgrade when we checked in with our little one. It was a delightful time

Amazing food, amazing architecture! rooms are okay and meet comfort standards. Bed is very comfy with hot water warmers. Nice touch.

The hotel should ease the check-in process. Too much writing of details on paper. Use the details on booking.com and customers identification card/passport. The customer is only supposed to sign.

Stayed here after 3 days at Samburu Reserve, quick overnight before heading back to Nairobi. It was everything we were wanting - clean rooms, hot shower, great food, and a place to recharge. They even brought warm water bottle heaters to use if we wanted. Incredible!

The breakfast was amazing, coffee is freshly brewed, they provided fresh fruits Location is in a quiet environment; staff are friendly and very friendly. They provided hot water bottles at night.

My room was next to a very noisy generator.

The staff are amazing and responsive . Room was well appointed . Bed was comfy and the breakfast was great . The hotel feels like it is in Nairobi as the design , fixtures and fittings are all very good quality

Breakfast was superb, a good variety available on offer. The staff were courteous and always ready to offer help. The location has a great view of the Nyambene hills which is great to wake up to

it’s located at a silent place. the rooms are super clean and comfortable. food is tasty.

the options at the restaurant are limited and the service is slow. it’s a little far from the main town.

Excellent service, excellent facilities particularly the gym. The breakfast stood out, particularly the fresh omelettes made to order right there.

The shower flooded but this was swiftly fixed.

Beautiful hotel.. tastefully furnished. Great reception, warm and friendly staff. Rooms are clean .. bonus if you get the pool view rooms!

Room price is high.. it should include breakfast.
