Good facility,clean and quite.

We had booked airport pick and we got the conformation from hotel’s message that driver will pick up at No. 8 pillar with board and logo showed Ibis. However, after we took car then arrived hotel, reception said the this wasn’t their shuttle car and driver was a liar. We needed to pay the traffic fee. And when we told any support from reception, they just said this was the problem from us and lair driver, they would not handle it. We can’t speak Vietnamese so we felt so helpless and headache. If you would like to get pick up service, it’s better to call hotel and ask them to make confirmation before taking car even it showed LOGO with Ibis. Because it maybe the fake LOGO and car. So sad for the airport pick up service.

Given that it is an airport hotel it was disappointing that I had to pay for 2x nights accommodation when I was only staying for 9 hours ie 9am to 6:30pm as an international transit passenger. In my experience other airport hotels have a 12 hr rate which would be much more equitable.

Hotel is very conveniently located, they offer a complimentary shuttle bus service that is really easy to navigate. The hotel has all the basic amenities you require for a stop over stay. We had a decent sleep the beds are comfortable and clean.

The room itself is pretty small, however it has everything you need for a short stay. We had a breakfast box arranged for us, it was very basic and could improve.

Cool, modern Ibis hotel, conveniently close to the airport. Perfect spot to rest before or after a long flight. We booked a family room which was spacious. The bathroom was not too big, but functional. Cool rooftop pool from which you can see airplanes take off and land. They offer a frequent shuttle bus to the airport, and it's easy to take a Grab or taxi to the center as well.

There was only one hour during the day where the restaurant was closed (it seems they then switch the dining option from downstairs to rooftop) - this was exactly when we arrived. However, room service is always available (24h) and there is a Starbucks inside the hotel.

It has a gym and restaurants. It was clean and close to the airport. it’s right next to Starbucks and 7-11.

The staff seemed to be in a competition to help you for commission. They asked for my email and then actually took my phone to click acceptance for a loyalty program. I am not interested and I canceled it. They refused to pick me up from the airport because I was being dropped off by a Limousine van transfer so I didn’t have a flight number for that day. So I walked. It is very close! But there is still not a safe way to walk there because I needed to pass two busy roads without a crosswalk.

I used this hotel for a 7hour layover instead of waiting at the airport, I was able to rest and refresh but did not actually stay the night so can’t comment on breakfast or noise overnight. Hotel was only a 5 minute walk from the airport however I wouldn’t recommend walking with luggage as the roads aren’t designed for pedestrians between the airport and the hotel (especially with big bag or kids). Hotel has a free shuttle to the airport which I utilized to return for my second flight. Staff were all lovely and helpful! The bistro in the lobby was closed but the rooftop bar was great- with a rooftop pool, views of the city and good food I enjoyed sitting on the roof and having a meal. There is also a Starbucks in the lobby. Good for a layover or short stay.

Room had all the basics but was nothing special. The room was quite small and bathroom was tiny. The shower wasn’t great and was a bit moldy but did offer basic toiletries. Some areas of the hotel weren’t air conditioned(corridors and elevators) and the air conditioning turned off once exiting the room which meant it got quite hot whilst out of the room. not an issue as I was only there for a short while.

The king studio is really nice, the beds are comfy, everything is clean and the reception as 24/7 service. The hotel is a 5 minute drive to the airport so very convenient if you have an early morning flight and want to avoid Saigon rush hour.

Small detail but worth mentioning: The hotel does offer free transfer to the airport. However, it's a bus that takes about 15 minutes (not sure why it's taking longer, maybe they pick up other guests along the way). Add to that that you're expected to be at the bus 10 mins prior to departure and you got yourself a 30 minute journey, which defeats the purpose of being close to the airport by a little bit (not much but still). Alternatively, you can take a taxi for 100k which is what we did to be more flexible and save time. Not a big deal, just keep that in mind :)

The location is well appointed with only a short 5 minute shuttle ride from the aiport. There was a mix up with the meeting/ pickup which created an issue for me but it was resolved by flagging down the passing shuttle and jumping on. The hotel staff are seriously great. They didn’t try to justify their error and ‘Minh’ made it up to me by give me free long checkout (saving of $60AUD) which I greatly appreciated. The breakfast buffet was great with lots of variety, both western and Asian with some plant based options. The chef even made me a packed tofu banh Mi to take on the plane which I appreciated. The pool is great for early morning laps - it’s long enough and there’s a great view to watch the planes take off and land. There’s some great laneways and cafes in the streets around the hotel and then there’s a food hall directly on the right of the hotel in the shopping mall. I would utilise that next time as opposed to the hotel buffet. The shower was hot, the air con cold and everything worked really well. Would I stay here again? 100%

The room was very small, ok for one person but two might be a squeeze unless that doesn’t bother you. I need space. The shower overflowed onto the bathroom floor, poor design / bad flow.

I booked this property for my just turned ‘adult’ son and a teenage son, as an overnight stopover. They both loved this property, comparing it to the basic budget hotel they stayed in the first night. Breakfast wasn’t included but they were happy that Starbucks was onsite as they were sick of having the buffet breakfasts! Free transfers are a big plus when booking.

I told my sons that upon checkout they could stay at the hotel and use their facilities (pool & gym) but they didn’t feel comfortable asking after checking out as they no longer had a key, so spent 4 hours in the lobby instead. maybe someone could’ve asked them what their plans were as they had a late night transfer to airport with the hotel.

Ibis Airport Hotel was such a convenient and affordable option for my group's travel plans! We were visiting Vietnam for the first time and we took advantage of the close distance to the airport plus the free airport shuttle that the hotel provides. The staff were super friendly and helpful and they all knew English which made it super easy for us during our stay. The hotel provides a bunch of services like laundry and luggage storage; we definitely took advantage of the free airport shuttle which I recommend you request in advance as they can fill up! One morning when the shuttle was full, the hotel staff went above and beyond and even offered to cover a taxi trip to the airport. They're so understanding and amazing! There is a Family Mart, a 7-11, and a few food/coffee shops very close by. The rooms aren't super spacious, but realistically we just needed a place to stay as we went back and forth to other places in Vietnam. I would definitely stay here again!

The only thing was the the room and bathroom weren't super spacious, but we don't need all that much especially since we spent most of the time outside of the hotel room. We had two people in a 2 twin sized bed room and they did mention that the beds were a bit small. We had no issue with the queen sized bed.
