The front desk clerk was nice room was descent could use improving.

Roahes ran out microwave when cut it on wall could use touch up painting itched after laid in bed from shower the door latch for extra door security was not properly attached hanging with barely screws in ac unit was not cold it was cool almost warm needs recharging

The room was very clean and smelled fresh. The bed was very comfortable and roomy. I also loved the fact they had air conditioning.

The door seal on my room didn't shut flush, so there was cracks of light you could see around the door. I also could not lock the door.

The refrigerator was noisy and I had to unplug it. The towels were dingy and didn't seem to be clean and the bath tub was dirty or had a dirty mat inside. I didn't use any of those items or facilities.

The staff on duty upon arrival were friendly and it was convenient to the ballfields, places to eat, and shop.

noise in AM. after 9 or 10 am the housekeeping process starts so you can hear when the laundry is working. it in vibrating to your floor

The morning receptionist was great. Greeted with a smile. The night clerk was stressed and overworked. But she did take care of us and we were checked in with very little wait. Maybe add more people on nights during the Spring break season. My spouse loved the firmness of the bed but I couldn't sleep too good on the mattress. I would stay again.

The noise outside from what I gather others checking out or checking in. When I did finally fall asleep I was awaken by kids playing outside and people laughing out loud. I guess I should expect that when traveling. My spouse said he saw one roach in the bathroom going into the wall where the sink connects. The room was very clean and customer friendly.

A nice hot bath was taken. The bed was very comfortable and warm. And it was very quiet so I could rest peacefully.

You have stopped running shuttles to the casinos. And the breakfast bar was not very good.

the privacy was very good. will use the hotel more often. my daughter enjoyed her stay.
