Loved the pool! Room was very nice. All staff were friendly and helpful. Liked the spaciousness of the resort & casino and decor. A few restaurants to pick from so we didn’t need to go out.

No fridge nor coffee maker in room. Shower spigot too high and didn’t move to get it more in the tub than on the floor. Took a bath. Scratchy enamel in bathtub. Noisy air conditioning goes off and on and I am sensitive to noise, so turned it off.

I live within 15 min of Sunset Station, so it was a 'staycation' for me, because my water main broke, and my A/C quit one day apart, while it was 120 degrees outside. The room was comfortable, and the a/c worked well. The front desk was efficient. professional & helpful. I spent some time in the pool, and enjoyed cooling down; didn't realize it was salt water! Wonderful to NOT have the smell of chlorine in your bathing suit and on your body! Plenty of restaurants & some fast food choices available on the property, and the remodeled Sports Book is beautiful

The LONG walk from the garage to the hotel front desk, followed by another long walk to the hotel elevators, and then another long walk to the far end of the floor to my room. I loved the pool, but the sound of screaming kids gets on your nerves after awhile. It's an adult (casino) property, not a waterpark, and adults' enjoyment should be prioritized over those of children. There's a waterpark less than 10 minutes away. I left the pool early, because I couldn't bear the screaming anymore, and just wanted to relax

It was beautiful, clean and had a real feeling of being one of the nicer more expensive casinos.

The food. Not real impressed, at all with the resteraunts! The more expensive Italian place lacked any flavor. They being said, the noticed that my husband's plate was pretty much untouched. They approached us and asked him if he did not like it and could they get something else for him. After he told them no, without us requesting it or anything, they removed his meal from our bill. Our waiter was also very very attentive which all seemed to make up for the not real tasty meal.

The location was good. Lots of places to eat and shop. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool was amazing. I felt safe. The restaurants in the hotel were good.

No fridge in room or coffee/tea making facilities. Our room was overlooking the service yard. First night was woke up by people coming down corridor early morning and then by a noise that sounded like a drilling noise. Second night was woke up early morning by bleeping vehicles. Could do with some soundproofing.

The location and the facilities/amenities were great! We also had a great view and felt safe.

The standard room did not have a mini fridge or a coffee pot. For the price, it really should especially since breakfast is not included. The upgraded room had a very small mini fridge and no microwave. The pillows were lumpy and hard to sleep on.

Location is great, I eat at the Oyster Bar and the food was amazing

Bathroom rundown, much needed update water pressure a little low, hot water was good. I did not have enough time to enjoy the pool, but looking from my window it’s a bit small for the size of this hotel.

Did not have a breakfast come on deal to the restaurant would have been very nice ! No posting of the food menu on the outside of the restaurant...

No microwave, coffee maker nor a refrigerator was provided 🥴🙁🙁🙁🙁 for the price that was charged ...we loved the room but did not have a commodity on those items ....

Great location right off the freeway right across the street from a mall. Check in was a breeze and they met my requests. Facility had restaurants and bars a theater. Room was very clean and attractive.

The shower had no pressure and was too low on the wall for my tall husband.. There was a loading dock right below our room, which was pretty noisy for a bit.

Surrounded by a lot of places and have restaurants, bowling alley, movie theatre on location

Need to have a microwave and refrigerator in each room.. instead of having to ask for a refrigerator

The restaurants are reasonably priced. The food is excellent. The place exceeds its value every time.

No Sportsbook right now. They have a little area where you can bet; but, nowhere to watch (right now).
