The location is so attractive near the river You can walk shot cut to the city central The hotel is so clean and the staff is nice and very helpful serve you with big smile I reserved for 6 nights and after I saw every thing is excellent I extended my reservation for 3 nights The price of the breakfast was expensive 130 sR/person The safety and security is 100% Mr surgey at the gate service is very helpful The room service is perfect The furniture and the bed is high quality The are mutable choose in rooms smoking and not smoking the is smoking area in the second floor The hotel smell is nice and tidy The is office for changing money and Macine as well Thanks for the hotel management and staff I wish to add shoes machine cleaning

I have stayed at the Hilton and the Hyatt and the rooms at the fairmont are larger and more comfortable. The safety is good with security staff at the entrance I’ve stayed there before this time and will again when I return

The menu is limited but that’s not just a fair mont issue

No pool, hot tub or sauna facilities available and this was the reason I booked this hotel

Great luxury hotel with polite and attentive staff. Liked the decor inside and outside of the room and how spacious the rooms are.

The rooms were very warm so I had to leave the windows open at night, which can be risky.

Very convenient location friendly concierge helpful excellent housekeeping one of the receptionist staff is. Very helpful and cooperative flexible regarding check out time name elixes I think he is nite staff the rest of the receptionist are firm with check in or out

Luxuriously and tastefully designed hotel, great location, amazing staff and great view of you are lucky enough go get a room in the higher floors. In my opinion well worth the price.

Can't think of anything that really left a bad impression on me - if there is one thing, it's sort of difficult to get to without making an illegal u-turn.
