Quiet, despite very near the Airport terminal, easy free parking, reasonable breakfast & friendly staff.

Room facilities. TV set power supply was not correctly connected to the wall and was non-operatable, missing mini fridge, insufficient supply of refreshment -enough for 1 serving only, used bath towel left underneath the vanity basin, missing fire escape plan on entrance door, non-functioning exhaust fan in bathroom and missing soap/shampoo holder. Bare minimum breakfast and non-delivery of requested coffee and minimum attention by waiter.

The staff could not have been more friendly & welcoming. The room was very comfortable & well appointed. Very close to the airport so very convenient. Complimentary airport shuttle.

I was being collected at 0730 and breakfast didn't start until 0800, however I was offered a packed breakfast when I checked in. Aircraft noise - but it is right next to the airport!! Not many flights so not a big issue.

7/24 Airport Transfer free of charge, very close to the airport, quiet place, big ssspacy room with big size flat tv. many plugs in the room and big working table (you share it with the tv), your selection from menu will be served to your table at the breakfast. Nice dinner.

Prishtina Airports gasoline tanks are nearby the hotel even 25 meters next to my wesst side window makes me feel scary, no refrigreator in the room, the round shaped windows limits fresh air and your view, omelet served at the preakfast was not prepared in a clean pan. You can see it on the black spots on the omelet. I have a picture of it too but dont want to display it because I belive they will clean their pan after this warning.

The hotel is the best option if you have an early flight as it is basically 15 minutes walk from the airport. Staff is friendly and evident the efforts of the owners/managers to accomodate the needs of the guests. The room was big enough but what was really unexpected is the quality of the food (I had dinner and breakfast). Good price for drinks too.

I had a small issue for the availability of the room after check out that was however quickly sorted out after a first misunderstanding.

The reception staff where amazing, I arrived early and they managed to get me in my room for before 12, so well done to the housekeeping all the staff where so knowledgeable and helpful, the restaurant staff where all polite and always smiling, I would recommend staying here to anybody and room 214 is the best great large space and some good views

Maybe a few options for entertainment in a evening, for example a pool table or darts board, but it’s an ideal place to rest up before a outbound flight.

When I walked in, receptionist Arbri greeted me and checked me in as a VIP. The service from waiter Arbri (different from the receptionist) was A* The checkout is the same as check-in; Genta and Herolindi cemented my belief that this hotel is exceptional in providing second-to-none service and customer care. They arranged a lift with Agim, extraordinary local knowledge.

I wish I could have stayed longer!

Breakfast is quite sufficient. You can reach the hotel on foot in 15 minutes. Also, the airport shuttle is included in the room rate, which is very nice. The staff is very attentive. Thanks to everyone.

We didn't spend too much time to have a negative experience. We checked in at night and checked out in the morning.

The hotel is very comfortable and clean. The staff is very helpful and proactive. There is a very good Wi-Fi connection and free transfer to the airport terminal (located just 2 minutes from the hotel).

Meal for breakfast is exactly the same everyday (limited variety of food). Althought the room is clean, the interior looks a little bit old. No free bottle of water provided in the room.

Excellent restaurant with high services. The rooms were very clean. The restaurant offers a good variety of prices. The staff was very professional and kind. An excellent choice of you have to be near the airport and not only. The hotel provides free shuttle to the airport.

Close to airport. Very friendly and helpful staffs. So kind. Shuttle service to airport at 3:30, amaizing!! You don't miss a flight early in the morning. They propose a coffee and a kind of breakfast. Satisfied.
