The highlight was the staff members, who were friendly and helpful. Wish I had had more time to spend time with them there. I think given the noise and pollution in Prishtina, this hotel was the right choice. The hotel was clean, the breakfast was solid, and the design of the property gorgeous. Definitely a unique, special hotel.

I think the bathroom could be provided with a few amenities. No shampoo or body wash. Also, the neighborhood kids were a bit noisy at times at night. Finally, as many people have pointed out, the frequent wedding photoshoots taking place around the pool really get in the way. I would pay more not to deal with them.

Truly wonderful hotel. Staff were excellent and extremely helpful. My transfer from Pristina airport was also arranged by the hotel and was faultless. The room was clean and was equipped with safe, coffee making facilities, hairdryer, and free bottled water. The breakfast was also excellent, a coffee of your choice plus bacon, eggs, omlettes etc all cooked to order. Cold meats and cheeses along with cereal and bread/toast were also available with delicious homemade jams. Nearly forgot the freshly squeezed orange juice. I didn't dine other than breakfast, but im certain i wouldn't have been disappointed... lovely pool and gardens to relax in, a library of locally relevant material in various languages just waiting to be consumed in a relaxing environment. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and i will be back 100%..... Hvala

if i had anything at all slightly negative to say about my stay, it would have been the wifi, which was a little hit and miss, that said, when you stay somewhere to relax and chill, its sometimes nice not be bombarded with notifications and facetimes...so no complaints from me...all in all, perfect.

I don't like the breakfast buffet. It doesn't have many options.

One of the loveliest places we have ever stayed. A stunning location, wonderful staff and the most delicious, homemade food. We felt so relaxed and well looked after. The hotel arranged for an extra bed to be put in our room for one of our children and it was a proper bed, not a camp bed. The pool area is beautiful and lovely to swim in and the views really pretty. Ulpiana is a 15 minute walk through the fields, the monastery a 10 minute walk and the centre of Pristina 20 minutes' drive.

Loved this entire place. I was away on my own for 5 nights but the staff and also the guests made me feel really welcome. The room (superior studio) was so spacious and the terrace was amazing - much bigger than the pictures made it seem! And also very private with lots of beautiful plants which are well looked after. The pool area was great, lots of space to swim and relax even on sunday when it was busier. The staff were so helpful as well, I wanted to go to North Macedonia for a day and they rang the bus company to check times etc... when they didn't have to do that for me, but I appreciate it so much. The only thing I would say is being shown to the room wasn't the best - the guy pointed down the corridor and said that's your room. I only found out on my last day that I had sun loungers folded in a cupboard :( I wish I would have been told that on my first day! Otherwise it was perfect and I would totally stay here again, and I will! Oh, and the food/drink here is great as well, and very well priced! Also, beforehand, I had an issue with flights (Due to UK issues) and they were very responsive and accomodating, and coming home I had two flights booked on different days so they kept a room for me 'just in case', no questions asked. This really helped me deal with my stress with all the flight cancellations and delays etc... :)

Very clean, good size rooms, and a great pool area! The breakfast was delicious and overall it's a quiet and relaxing property. The shower is nice with plenty of water pressure and hot water. The bed and pillow were comfortable although the sheets were kind of warm (some sort of synthetic) which would be good in winter, but not summer.

The wifi often disconnected and was kind of slow, but it might be that my room was too far from the router or something. It wasn't a deal breaker though! I had dinner at the restaurant and the service was quite slow and my food arrived rather burnt. A staff member explained they were training someone new, so hopefully that improves!

This is a really solid place near Pristina - a reliable bet for an easy experience and highly pleasant stay, staffed by fun, helpful, hospitable people. It's convenient to the monastery in Gracanica, the Bear Sanctuary, Novo Brdo and Pristina city. I went for a pretty spartan room for just a night, but it was clean, modern and comfortable, and the price is right. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious and fresh. Enjoyed my conversations with the staff, who were friendly and knowledgeable about the area. There is also a pool.

Everyone were very friendly! They always try to help, gave us very good information. The room was very clean. They even let us check out late without any extra price. The pool was clean, they bring also drinks& food to the place we sit. Breakfast, lunch& dinner were absolutly great! Everyone were amazing!!! For you information- one of the Reception Girl do Nails aswell, so deffently worth a visit. Massage also very good!!!

Amazing hotel. Second time here from the UK, this place is perfect. Beautiful garden, amazing pool, friendly staff, just love it. Very very welcoming and they remembered my awful sunburn from last year as well haha. Nice to meet the two new doggy additions as well...

Nice hotel, friendly staff and a green environment. I really like the small scale to-order dinner and breakfast concept. Food is excellent and value for the money. My aunt has ordered a french-toast with cinnamon sugar for breakfast, I have to say it is 10/10! My daughter has a great time playing with the dog Dobby and the green terrace in front of our room is really a PLUS.

Pool water is still too cold to swim.
