Central location. Free parking. Very helpful and nice staff. Small room, but with A/c, fridge and safe. Heated towel rack in the bathroom. Comfortable bed. Small breakfast included.

My room was on the 3 floor without lift. But the receptionist helped me carry my luggage. I would have loved fresh bread for breakfast (just go to Lidl and buy ;-) ). Very, very difficult to regulate water temperature in the shower. It is millimeters between ice cold and burning hot water and the temperature changes constantly. Definitely something you must look into.

The hotel is located in the very center just at the corner of the pedestrian only Riga Street, close to various cafes, restaurants, Smakovka Museum. The room was comfortable, with fridge and and kettle available. Please be aware of very high situated toilet and wash basin (at least in our room). It would be difficult to use for a child in case. We could park the car in the backyard, what was convenient. The breakfast was tasty with freshly brewed coffee. I liked the best the potato pancakes. Like at home. :)

The hotel is small (only 10 rooms or so), so it definitely gives a homely feeling. Our room was clean and pleasant and the receptionists were very nice. The breakfast was delicious. Of course the central location is a big thumbs up, as all restaurants and cafes are within a short walk. Our room even had a big balcony, although it overlooked the yard and not the street.

There were just a few small hiccups such as curtains on our windows being a bit too narrow, but nothing that would prevent us from staying in this hotel again next time we're in Daugavpils.

All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was just as described, and the air condition worked well. The complimentary breakfast was perfect!

The only complaint is that the hotel didn't have an elevator, which I understand since it's small. The problem for us was we were traveling for over 2 weeks and had large and heavy suitcases to bring up the many stairs. Maybe they can offer assistance in the future.

All good, likely a tenth stay or so, coffee, breakfast, good wifi, etc. no issues :) The room heating was off when we came in, so be vary of that when entering, adjust it yourself.

Parking is starting to show its ages, some holes are so deep that sooner or later owners will damage their cars. If this is not fixed next time, it won't be a 10/10 stay anymore

Perfect location, right in the center of town. Good to have the car park at the back of the hotel. Very friendly staff! Nice room with balcony. Too bad it rained, so we couldn’t sit outside, but it was very nice to have the extra space to the balcony. Friendly staff at breakfast too. Good variety of food. Good bathroom with nice shower

No elevator in this hotel, so we had to climb the stairs. But that’s good exercise 😉

The central location of the hotel is great. There's also free parking. The lady at the reception was very kind and hospitable. The room was very clean and had everything I needed. The breakfast was good as well.

It wasn't very convenient to climb up to the 3rd floor with my trolly and bags. From ordering through Booking it wasn't clearly understood that the balcony is facing the parking lot and the back of the hotel. Maybe this is something which should be stated that not all the rooms with balconies are frontal.

The location was good. A nice part of the city, near shops, places to eat and not far to walk to the train station. I arrived early but the receptionist was very welcoming, stored my bag and had it taken up to my room. The room was very quiet, no noise from traffic or other guests. It was well equipped with a chair, desk, air conditioning, good wifi. There was a good choice for breakfast included. I would stay again.

The room was very smart and decorated to a high standard, except for the annoying motto on the wall. The adjustable holder for the flexible shower was broken.

Breakfast with room for improvement, no porridge available. The sink in the bathroom was placed 20-30 cm too high....especially for giants🙂

The ergonomics of plumbing fixtures in the bathroom leaves room for improvement. The sink and toilet are mounted very high and are inconvenient to use.
