Clean, beautiful well maintained hotel. Nice stuff at the reception as well as the restaurant in the evenings. Free room upgrade. Clean rooms, comfy beds, friendly stuff. Non-smoking policy in the entire property was a huge plus. Good breakfast. Free spa access. Great location near the sea shore. Loved it, would definitely recommend this place. Hope to visit it again one day!

Some of the spa staff were a bit unwelcoming. Bad smell from the sink drain every time you opened the tab. Tv channel selection was a bit lacking. The spa pool seemed to be shared with the swimming school for local kids, so one the 3 lines was always busy, additionally it's got way too noisy when the teachers shouted at the kids. This is NOT related to the hotel but these teachers were very rude to those 3-5 yo children :(

Rooms nice and quiet. Pool is nice and big but one full line was taken by local students swimming lesson. Spa had nice steam and sauna room. Friendly front desk staff. As it was off season the parking was free of cost.

Ac cooling/fan didn’t work. Bring water bottles with you, nearby some corner shops in walking distance

Good standard of hotel and standard and size/facilities of bedroom. We enjoyed the swimming pools and used the hair salon after swimming. There was an extensive choice of breakfast. Used the kids play area once during a rainy day which was good.

At breakfast we had to find our own table and it was very busy at the time we went so a lot of people were competing for tables! It was a bit chaotic having to get own drinks, then own food. Any drinks that weren't 'standard' ie available at the coffee machines were charged for, eg. Decaffeinated coffee. I asked for milk for the room and had to pay 2 euros for a paper cup of milk- surely that could have been given as complimentary? The room was good but the negatives were a smelly sink drain. No water for the room and no shop nearby to purchase so we bought from reception at 5 euros! I'd expect better from a 5 star hotel. These small things make a big difference to the overall experience. Lifts were often very busy - only 2 lifts for a 10 floor hotel.

Beautiful hotel. Food was good. We liked spa zone, kids zone, pool outside. In spa zone there is salt room, recommend to visit! Professional staff in the bar, tasty cocktails. Good location, easy to find place for parking a car.

Hard to catch table at breakfast. Could be more variety of foods everyday. Bad smell in the room, couldn’t change room because hotel was full. A bit dangerous balcony because of low fence for families with kids. Queue at elevators, but not a big problem, we used the stairs.

Spa could be better call just swimming pool, but it was ok and we also liked turkish sauna as this was nicely warm, finnish sauna wasn't as hot as we have used or it wasn't humid enough to give this correct sauna feeling, but i guess for families with smaller children this is also ok and they can bear this temperature better. Positive unexpected fact was, that at our visiting time (11-12 july) the spa-area was accessed with unlimited time and without a preliminary bookings, as we were expecting based on the previous reviews and also the letter, what we received from hotel at first place. Rooms were nice, just the electricity and lightning system could have been better explained, it needed some card to enter to get it at all, and also smaller lights next to beds wasn't able to switch without having ceiling light at the same time, but this wasn't so big problem. Breakfast was very good and there was plenty of food for every taste and even there wasn't so crowded as we were reading before from reviews. Also we didn't struggling with long queues at elevators, everything worked just normal and no need to wait long. So in generally all those "bad" expectations, what we read before our visit, were not met and everything was just perfect, as it supposed to be. And i liked the smell in hotel public areas and also at rooms and bed linen, it was kinda florish and made me feel good (except the Jurmala water smell from taps, but this probably cannot be changed by hotel itself).

I didn't like, that although i booked one standard twin room and one standard double room, we got both rooms the same - with 2 separate beds, so basically hotel didn't gave us this double room, what was booked. But since we had only one night in there, it wasn't so huge problem, that i would felt like making an issue of it. And also we didn't get the rooms close to each other, but this was probably because we made the booking quite late.

loved the stay here! unfortunately it was a bit too full due to a national holiday and so it was a bit crowded. but the room I got was amazing, staff were nice and the restaurant at the hotel is top notch! very very good food! the noise cancellation was also incredible as at full capacity i have never noticed we have neighbours, aside from when kids were running past the door! the location is amazing too, only 5 mins walk from the beach and a lovely forest, the grounds were also amazing especially for someone with dogs! spa treatmet menu was quite extensive and democratically priced! they also have a pilates room and a salt room - but do make sure to book in advance.

the spa was a bit too small! i would have imagined more than two saunas and a swimming pool for a spa hotel with over 250 rooms (at full capacity we were not able to use the spa as freely, as it was crowded as is, plus of course the outside visitors too!) also, as someone who stayed with dogs, it was somewhat inconvenient to have a room on the 8th floor, as during peak times we had to use stairs, lifts were constantly busy. i would have preferred staying on ground floors when traveling with dogs.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Everyone seemed professional at their post. We felt very welcome. Great facilities, maybe a little crowded at some chokepoints. Breakfast was top notch, best "classical hotel breakfast" I had in 15 years. Restaurant staff was very accommodating. Room was completely silent, no noise from neighbors. Nice balcony. Special thanks to the guy named Arturs, I think he was shift manager at the restaurant. And also at saturday evenings - there's entertainment for kids, and while it was nothing too fancy it was a cute experience for our daughter, she loved it. We had a really great stay overall.

Beds were nice, but not my favorite type of pillow/matress. Minor annoyance, slept good otherwise. Bathroom had free toiletries as they usually do, but I would swap body lotions for some toothpaste, because I'm used to not bringing mine with me.

Hotel was nice, the outside swimming pool is heating and unlimited, very popular hotel for famy with kids. Staff was nice and professional. The sea side is very close. Breakfast very nice a lot of choice. The bathrobe is free in the room but slippers cost.

The swimming pool inside and sauna is only for 1 hour and half need to book before visiting, no place to change swimming suite privately a lot of kids around. No music evening on Saturday, no any joy for adults around hotel at all very calm place. Kids running around all time. Hotel more for family hosting with kids.
