Very pleasant centrally located hotel with everything the heart desires. I had a double room for single use which also included a comfortable pull out chair / recamiere that was much appreciated after a day of walking. The bed was comfortable with a good choice of pillows. There was a water kettle, coffee and tea and a fridge/minibar with very affordable drinks and enough room to store your own. The breakfast buffet included a great baguette and perfectly ripened fruit. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The carpet in my room didn't feel very nice walking barefoot. I don't like carpets in hotel rooms much anyway.

The staff is very friendly and helpfull. The hotel is very central located. There is a streetcar and bus stop very nearby. The train and central bus station is a 15 min walk away or two stops with the streetcar . Furthermore it is just a 4 min walk over the bridge and you are in the center or Liepaja Marina which is a revitalized and redeveloped area of the city with cafes, restaurants and shops. The hotel has a nice bar and cafe area and offers a good breakfast buffet .The rooms have facilities such as watercooker, with coffee and tea. Also hotel is accessible for people with disabilities. You get a good value for you money

First of all very nicelly located room, we could see the ships through the window. Very nice and modern style of the room, bath and seperate shower. Nice breakfast. Comfy bed. They provide Beds for babies too !!! Central location Bathrobes+slippers nice touch

The room was really nice but already worn off, baby cot was used for quite a lot of years, sofa was stained and quite dirty, shower was not spottless.the Lobby had spider webs in all corners :( However we still had great time. I hope in the future the rooms will be again refreshed, we will be back.

Excellent location, sparkling clean, great and helpful staff, and above it - the excellent restaurant Oskars, with a nice menu and very decent prices, open until 11pm with exception of Sunday. City centre and Lielais Dzintars, the concert hall, are at a walking distance, as well as the beach and the pool/spa. The hotel isn't posh; however, keeps a good price/value balance.

Calling me at noon (routine check-out time) while I have ordered late check-out at 2pm. (If I really have to complain about something.)

The hotel is quiet and cozy. The staff is very responsive. Delicious standard breakfast. Excellent location in the very center of the city. Everything is within walking distance. A well-maintained city beach is a 20-minute walk away.

The hotel lacks a bit of originality. Nothing is vividly remembered. Although the nearby city water park is a few minutes' walk away, the hotel would benefit from its own spa area, especially if the weather is bad outside.

In general it is a good hotel – renovated, quite tidy, good breakfast, has its own restaurant/bar with various meals, drinks. Really liked Annija (the bartender) for being nice and professional what could not describe the reception ladies. The rooms also have the aircon which is great on the hot days.

But having in mind that it is a 4 stars hotel...myself did not get a few things – paid parking (5 Eur, also ask for the coin since they won't tell you and you just get stuck at the gate, lol) and it seems to be normal to keep your guests waiting for more than 30 minutes to prepare the room and not offering anything, neither a drink, another room, nothing. Being sorry does not work when it comes to hospitality. Also, did not like the cleaning staff – quite impolite, and someone just brings their child to work (to clean the room?). The room curtains also were burned with a cigarette or smth and please better do not look under the bed.

The location was very convenient, 10 mins walk between the bus station and city center, with a shopping mall for supplies only a couple of minutes across the road. If getting the ferry to/from Travemunde, it is also possible to walk to the port in ~30 minutes. There are also local bus stops near the hotel. My room was clean with a nice comfortable single bed and a small but usable desk for work. There was an iron, ironing board, tv and safe, and the shower had good pressure and plenty of hot water. The hotel staff were very helpful and spoke excellent English.

The room was a little small but not unreasonably so for the very competitive price.

The hotel staff made sure we got a quiet room on a high floor, even though the hotel is in the city centre. They were kind, everything was clean, our dog was welcome for 20 eur additional. They apologised for being unable to deliver cappuccino for the room service as all the staff were very busy in the restaurant during the breakfast.

We could not find the air conditioner remote, but it was not a big issue as the windows were open on the quiet side and a fresh sea breeze came in.

Everything was perfect! Big and comfy bed, nice, clean bathroom. Extra point for ironing board - this equipment you rarely see in hotels. Next door to Amrita hotel is amazing, small and cozy restaurant Bruno - strongly recommend! Due early departing hadn' t possibility to try hotel's breakfast.

The heating system's vent right by the window (room was on 2nd floor) was slightly noisy but didn't affect the sleep much.

We have stayed here even before so we kinda knew what to expect. The staff is super nice and helpful. The lady at the bar fixed super nice cocktails for me and my mum even though they didn´t have them on the menu. The rooms are clean and fresh. Good big parking (it was free though last summer when we stayed there last but now it´s paid). The breakfast has a nice selection. I think for the money we paid it´s a good place to stay in Liepaja.

Our double bed was 2 single beds put together which is a usual praxis at the hotels but my husbands side was a bit tilted so he kept sliding/rolling in the middle of the bed and was not super rested. The coffe at the breakfast was not good, so we ended up going to the coffee shop after breakfast.
