The staff was very helpful. The restaurant served a superb dinner and the breakfast was good as well.

A minor snag was that we couldn't use the pool in the morning, because it was in private use with beforhand reservations. However, the staff informed us about a sports centre nearby, where it would have been possible to take a morning dip.

Great location, free parking, many restaurants close by. High ceilings in the room, made it feel more spacious

Please make pool free for the guests! It would have made a stay even better.

The dinner at the restaurant was tasty (though the personnel initiative was very low). The breakfast is very basic, but tasty enough (except coffee - not good at all). SPA is nothing extra super wow, but very pleasant (nice pool, 2 saunas and jacuzzi), so value for the money paid (15 extra per person, with no time limit).

The restaurant for dinner closes at 22 (which is normal). But serving the table around 2140 waiters did not even ask if we wished for a dessert or something more as they would close the kitchen. Neither the restaurant staff showed any interest if we were satisfied with the food. Coffee at breakfast was not good at all. No amenities in the bathroom, except the 2 in 1 shower shampoo in the shower. No personnel at the reception after 24 (so no option to buy simple water). Might be that they warn about that, but wanted to mention it.

Best location in town! We loved the hotel and its lovely, cosy spa facilities. Nearby you will find Cat house cafe place that has an actual cat host on premises and Walhalla bar with an amazing cocktail selection. Breakfast at the hotel was amazing - THE BEST pancakes (crepes) in Europe I am willing to bet! Shower pressure was great and fixed my stiff neck, no jokes. What a unique little hotel, combining a historical building with 21st century spa and conferencing facilities. Did I mention their pancakes??? Omg, they were amazing. Highly recommended

Would have loved a kettle/tea facilities in the room. But you can request a kettle on arrival and one will be provided for you

Breakfast was ok, everything was delicious. Location was great, a lot of cafes and places where to hang out were in walking distance. Staff was friendly and helpful. Free parking in front of the hotel. Room was spacious and AC and free beverages in minibar were also great features.

To be honest it is really difficult to think anything we did not like. Clean room with breakfast on a good location was what we were after for and it was definitely above what we expected.

The location is very good, there are a lot of green parks and walking trails around and a lot of places to eat in, including the hotel's restaurant itself. The breakfast was amazing!

The pillows weren't very comfortable, as well as the bed linen which were sliding down during the sleep , since they hadn't a corners to put on the bed. Also, the spa visit could be included for hotel guests as a complimentary service , to my opinion ( even though I know it's a common practice in Latvia to charge the guests separately for spa service)

Good centrally situated Hotel, nice facilities, clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast typically Latvian with plentiful cold meats and cheese, yoghurt, pancakes, and fruit. I saw some fried eggs and maybe sausage too. Staff seemed to top it up regularly. Hotel close to station, bobsleigh track, area of natural beauty and leisure facilities. Places to eat nearby. No complaints at all, highly recommend

Beware - You have to pay for the sauna. In UK this would be free to residents of the hotel.

Great value for price and you get everything in one building in the heart of the city - hotel, restaurant, pool and sauna. Everything from here is reachable by walking. And there is plenty to see and do in Sigulda! The room was clean, a bit old fashioned. We loved the pool and sauna zone (comes for additional price). The breakfast were good, kid especially appreciated the creppes with chocolate souce. Restaurant is small but cozy.

Some refurb at the rooms and taste improvements at the restaurant could be done.

Good experience. Pleasant staff, comfortable rooms and great location. In room you will find everything you might need - dental kit, shower cap, slippers, bathrobe.

Breakfast selection seemed to be quite poor. Beeakfast is till 11am (which is great), however, if you have breakfast at 10 am - there are chances that you won't get full selection.

You can hear EVERYTHING and our floor had a couple of families talking loudly with doors open (basically shouting to each other) while their kids were running around loudly as well. We decided simply wait until 11pm as it's official time for everyone to become considerate and quiet but it didn't help. Worst thing was that hotel didn't regulate that in any way although people on reception clearly heard everything as the lobby is connected through all floors via public space on each floor. Yeah, we didn't raise any claims as it's not anything you want to do while being in your pajamas and awaken for the 6th time in last 2h. Beds were too soft too. Literally, if you sit on them, you could feel the frame. Although laying down improved the situation, so this might be just a a personal con.
