Location of the hotel is perfect. The staff were very good, kind and accomodating. The room was bigger than the pictures shown which is a bonus. Housekeeping does not knock on your door yet it is more on demand. Excellent value for money, electricity went out just a few times and within 15 seconds would switch back on again. All in all, very good hotel

The walls are thin, so you can hear your neighbour coughing. The mattress was definitely worn out, not too comfortable but very minor issues. All in all nothing major and the hotel is very good.

The staff was outstanding. Super helpful and kind and provided super service. They genuinely cared about how we felt throughout the stay. The location for us was fantastic - Hamra street was just a couple of minutes walk away, pigeon's rock also very close. Many restaurants and stores were available close to the apartment. On our last day we had a flight in the late afternoon and the staff allowed us to leave our bags in the room until it it was time to go. For that day, it was our base for an approx. 15 km walk throughout the center of Beirut and we were happy to be able to see so many incredible spots on our last day. Would love to come back!

I did like the interior, the room was spacious. The cleanliness was decent. The bath room and the shower were also very nice. The kitchen niche was also very advantegeous. The personnel were attentive and friendly.

I did not like the blackouts, so the power switched off for 30 seconds and then all of the lights switched on for short, which is not so comfy within the night. Otherwise this was not so disturbing.

The best thing about this hotel is the staff. They are incredibly helpful and go out of their way to provide you with what you ask for. The room was decent and good value for money. The location is central and close to supermarkets and the sea front and restaurants.

The plumbing in the kitchen and bathroom was faulty. The water in the kitchen sink leaked to the floor and the bathroom plumbing was also faulty.

Spacious, modern and clean room with everything you need - there is even a kitchen section and a table. The room exceeded our expectations. Excellent location - most landmarks are within walking distance.

The staff let us park our rental at the outdoor parking which was very convenient to us. However in this case make sure to leave the key to the staff as is it possible that someone else parks behind you and you won`t be able to leave the park.

Staff are excellent. They are always smiling and very good at making the client feel at ease. Rooms were decent, the 'on-demand' room cleaning is very nice, so no one has to wake you up.

The staff were very nice they helped with anything i asked. The room was clean and comfortable.

One thing that was a bit annoying was that the facilities weren't maintained, you would find something broken like a hanger.
