The hotel is located in a beautiful spot with a nice view from the window. The room was bright, clean, and had everything necessary. With the windows closed, you couldn't hear anything from outside. It's a quiet place. I also enjoyed the breakfast at the lovely bar.

Great location, close to the lake and city center. Convenient price. Breakfast was lovely, had a lot of options. Huge plus for the possibility to make fresh, hot waffles <3 Spa zone though small, had everything you need for a great start (or ending) of the day - pool, large enough to actually swim, jakuzi and sauna. Big windows made the place cozy and light.

The toilet wasn't working well - the clog didn't stop the water running. Although the lady from reception came and made it silent for a moment, you had to work on it every time after using. We found it very funny (in a wierd way) that everywhere in the hotel it is separated - "this is for luxus rooms and this is for budget rooms". Guests are very clearly separated. Even in the reception they kept repeating that. For example, when asking about spa zone, receptionist answered: "for luxus rooms it is for free, but you are staying in the budget room, so 10 EUR from room". There is no need to repeat that or even mention, I don't care what is for other types of rooms, you can just answer: "10 EUR from room".

shower is located about 30cm off the ground and I forgot getting out and startled myself. I was asking the staff how the swimming pool and sauna worked as most places have different rules. Her English was not great and she just brought me to show the location. Then she thought I wanted a safe and gave me a lock and key. Both myself and son enjoyed ourselves until leaving as no towels available. We should have brought the ones in our hotel. Other than than we had a lovely time and will stay there again.

The location great, right in the centre of Panevezys. The staff was super friendly and welcoming, from the reception to the restaurant. You kind of feel at home. The restaurant has nice structure and it's beautiful. The hotel and room were very well cleaned and had good smell too. Good breakfast.

I would recommend some stiff pillows, but it's not really a problem. Overall, our stay was really great,

The place is pet friendly — charge is above average (15eur, not 5 like it was in responses). Fee was said before staff saw the dog, so it is really irrelevant do You have small or large dog. A lot of misleading information. We choose this hotel, because it is SPA hotel — in reality, when i was asking about procedures, they said that they even don’t have a room for this, but pictures obviously make impression that this is kinda part of experience. There was no fridge in the room.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good location with a nice view from where we ate breakfast. Food was delicious with a twist of Lithuanian dishes too. Beautiful decor at the restaurant, reception and halls.

Wish that toiletries were there, like slippers and a robe, it costs extra at 4 star hotel, little bit disappointing. Too many stairs with luggage that we had, even tho our room was at first floor, luckily staff were able to help and unlocked usually locked door. Also many spiderwebs at the halls😬

We liked the location, next to beautiful park area. Hotel is pet friendly and offers complimentary snacks for dogs. Great view in the breakfast restaurant. Enjoyed it. Hotel has its own relaxed & chilling vibe. Staff was great, very polite breakfast servants. Availability of large pool and proper size gym was great.

No A.C. in room when it is 30 C outside - does not feel great. On top of it - we had a bunch of big spiders around balcony door, and some got inside the room and scared the hell of my children. We kept the balcony door shut. Another disapointment was the fact that in Dogfriendly hotel fireworks are are allowed at midnight (during celebration in restaurant). While dog owners need to sign the agreement that dogs should be quite during 22 - 7 otherwise could get a penalty. Our dog was freaked out at mignight when firework started. Well, this is life and understandable, but should not the rules be applied to all kind of clients to not discriminate others.

Spa is amazing, breakfast is super good, big selection of food and high quality. Dinner restaurant is a bit expensive but food is great, I recommend! Personnel is very polite and helpful. Outside the hotel is a pleasant park with a pond.

AC remote wasn’t in the room, could probably ask for it but were lazy (stayed only one night). Some rooms could be noisy when windows are open, mostly due to guests standing in front of the hotel and talking loud in the night.

We liked the location, big parking in the yard. Very nice and helpful staff. SPA option was included in the rate - such is really nice of hotel. We loved the breakfast - all food was delicious, enough for all the guests, and really nice waiter, who was very thoughtful of his guests. Nice bar and a restaurant with great views of the park. I really recommend this place.

The room could have been cleaned a bit better. We didn't watch TV, but if we did it was too small. It was cold, we used the Aircon to warm up the room, but the batteries died in the remote and we couldn't switch it off.

1) Interesting concept: old building with own style combined with a pool 2) Surpising differnce between entrance side and backside from the river - strongly recommend to take a trip around the facility :) 3) Good breakfast

1) This year 2022, and probably 2023 - main challenge is to find the access by car, as main street is under severe renovation 2) The girl in reception “was not in a mood” talking English and explaining “what’s in the house” 3) We used 2 budget rooms, and there were no chance to adjust air-conditioner in both of them
